Checked booking records. The person booked was Brandon Martez Wilburn. He was facing 22 years for second degree murder in Pierce County in 2014, but it was reduced to 29 months for armed robbery in a plea bargain. Charged with armed robber again in 2018 in King County.
Washington State Legislature needs to create a law imposing mandatory jail time of 5 to 10 years for anyone attempting to evade police in a vehicle. These criminals are putting way too many drivers at risk with this sort of dangerous behavior.
Yes, they are going to do it anyways! 10 years isn't going to deter them especially after carjacking a woman at gun point when they're already a felon and prohibited from being anywhere near a gun and not supposed to be doing anything illegal. But again they aren't caring about any penalties or jail time because in their mind they are thinking they can out run or get away from any police. Plus for awhile they knew that officers were forced to terminate pursuits in residential/school areas, at certain speeds, or just wouldn't attempt to stop them at all and they knew they could do whatever they wanted and get away with it. But I'm glad our officers now have the right back and are putting a stop to the bullshit!
well, this is going to baffle your brain, but cops are unable to see through a forest and houses. They don´t typically carry special x-ray glasses while on duty. I mean, are you really that stupid? You couldn´t see the guy or where he was despite a helicoptor camera zoomed in on the area the criminal was in. What makes you think cops can see the guy from 500 feet away behind houses and trees. Come on dude, use that tiny brain. it can´t be that broken.

I 90 ends when it connects to Interstate 5 aka I-5 that in the US runs North and South between Canada and Mexico through the states of Washington, Oregon and California.
I-90 in Washington goes through Seattle and Bellevue and then goes through lots of forest and mountains, then a desert before you even hit Spokane on the other side of the state
It's sad that you have to think twice before pulling over to help someone because they may be criminals looking to carjack you. We're getting to be like South Africa.
The laws in this state tie the hands of law enforcement. They basically have to ask the suspect permission to arrest them or they can personally be sued. No persuit... No pit-maneuver.... Its ridiculous
The criminals more importantly have the liberals support in government and the police are not to harm the little darlings. The general law abiding public are the ones who need to watch their backs.
They are - that is the "East Side Money" (Mircosoft, Nintendo, Amazon, Intel, EBay HQ) where we keep some of the best $$$$$$$ homes! ("we" like I live there!😆)
If the law states 1mins pursuit per year jail time, there will never be any pursuit at all. I promise you the suspect going to run into police car with their bare foot and lock themself. If 1mins per month, it maybe some idiot, but should be fine. I mean once a while.
The supervisor/s who told his guys to back off the pursuit should bare some serious blame for this. And then I heard another one say terminate any pursuit. That is pathetic leadership. This agency must have some serious policy and/or leadership issues.
They're worried if the suspect crashes and kills somebody while they're pursuing that they will held responsible, so supervisor would rather terminate a pursuit and the suspect go and kill someone on his own then they won't be responsible. They have no backbone.
It was the car pursuit that was being stopped since it wasn't necessary with the helicopter. They kept track of him until he got to North Bend, where he was taken into custody.
Dont worry to fight this explosion in crime rate Jay Inslee signed into lawSB 6009 - Prohibits law enforcement officers from hog-tying or helping to hog-tie a person. The bill clarifies that the use of hog-tying is considered excessive force🤡
All those cops there and they let him carjack another citizens car and drive away! Seattle cops used to be the best in the nation before woke DEI became a thing. They can’t even show us if they brought the future doctor or engineer to justice. 🤦🏻♂️🤦♀️🤦🏻
Astonishing news...I am the WAY, the TRUTH, and the LIFE (JESUS). No one comes to the Father (GOD) except through Me. John 14:6 Are you afraid of dying? Jesus died for you. Believe and repent today!
Guess again. The person booked was Brandon Martez Wilburn. He was facing 22 years for second degree murder in Pierce County in 2014, but it was reduced to 29 months for armed robbery in a plea bargain. Charged with armed robber again in 2018 in King County. He would have been in jail were it not for "peaceful liberals"
His identity was released, Seems opposite of a Trump supporter to me. Do you live you entire life making these moronic falsified claims? I’m genuinely concerned for your mental well being if these are the logical fallacies you state and believe in.
