Wow! This is good for my 12-year old son to watch. He wants to fly aircrafts and so is studying physics, further mathematics, chemistry and biology in the Senior High School. I am very grateful to God for giving me a genius.

Hello brother, I hope you reply to this comment. Currently i am studying the USA transfer program in Malaysia and i am thinking of taking Aerospace engineering. Because i have Btec extended diploma in aeronautical engineering. But now i am thinking of completing a bachelor of aircraft engineering technology in Malaysia rather than taking bsc in aerospace engineering in the usa. But if i do then what Master's do i take for the further pursuance. And, If i go to America and come back to Bangladeshi then will it be worth it!?

USB is the major employer here... Should anyone with my background pursue this career of licensed aircraft maintenance? And there is a certain amount of bond here in the airlines... After that designated period of 5 years will I be able to pursue higher education (masters/PhD) abroad... And will my hands on experience help here to get a job?
Yes! That helps your expeience! But honestly AME is not a white color job! So if you plan is abroad and if you want to do a white color job at abroad then better to try try for abroad after graduation insted wasting time for AME works!

After AIB do a BSc or MSc from Bangladesh! Then apply for MSc/PhD abroad! This is the best option in your case! Let me know if you have any further question!

@@NazninaktherJoya I personally don’t recommend AIB as I am not a big fan of diploma!! But it’s your choice! If you ask me I would tell you to study EEE/CSE (BSc) from any good private university in BD!!

A person with an aeronautical engineering degree or aircraft maintenance degree can work in a gas fired electric generating station. most of the equipment used there are close to what is used in the aviation industry. I’m sorry but I disagree!

Study Mechanical or Electrical now! Later do your Masters in AE if you are interested till then! You can study in some diploma program available in Bangladesh like AIB or others! But I don’t recommend those!! Good luck
Can you please shade some idea on the salary range of each career as well? Particularly in Bangladesh since you worked here? Asking because US Bangla Airlines has launched a 2 years diploma sort of training program on Aircraft maintenance engineering. They will fund the selected students and the training will probably take place in India or Singapore. They stated that the salary will be 35k after a student passes all 12 or 13 modules. It will rise to 110k after he recieves the license and 200k after he is a Type Rated engineer. How long does it actually take to be type rated? And is 200k the maximum salary offered in Bangladesh for this career? And can a student pursue master's or PhD after this training program to rise higher-asking this because this isn’t a Bsc program. Would be really glad if you can answer some of these.
