AFC Malborne were looking to build upon their 15-0 victory in their outing and maintain their position at the top of the table with a victory over Thorney FC. In a feisty encounter that saw red cards to two outfield players, a benched substitute and one of the management team, along with a couple of sin bins, the contest became more about referee Piotr Juszczyk [who made some bizarre decisions] than the players, with Thorney playing out the final ten minutes with just 8 men on the field!
