Your Airbnb is for me a real good deal. Thanks for featuring it and giving the link. I always choose Tagaytay for short plans of relaxation as it is just close to Metro Manila. Thanks again boss Mergim.
Wow! P1,500 per night in Tagaytay is a very very good deal you've got there, Mergim. Stay safe and ride safe while you enjoy your Tagaytay tour. God bless! ✌️🙏👌👍
Thank you Jonathan for this heads up! I need to check this out next time we go to Tagaytay. I hope you strike 100k soon! Your contents are always way beyond expectations. Will get friends to subscribe to your channel.

You should go to the rooftop of that bldg. The wind is even stronger there. We stayed there last year on a January trip. We couldn't sleep, as the windows were rattling, due to the winds gushing. Plus the cold weather was almost unbearable. Your room though is wonderful, compared to ours. Will try that next time.
Tbh, the only thing I like in the Airbnb was the view, though you don't really have that much of a privacy when you're out there. I don't like the Shower/ restroom being separate and obstructing the littlest view you have. The layout was unimpressive, wished they put the bed near the window instead of the Shower. I hate seeing the kitchen/ sink alongside the TV and right in the middle of the room. As well as the fake stone wallpaper, atleast they should have chosen a pattern that look natural. Ambient lighting, duvet/ bed, and the white theme are pleasant. The price is a steal, with all things said, it's manageable/ acceptable.
Where's Justin? Some suggestion, would it be possible if you can wear bright colors (i.e. Orange) sometimes. I think that is lucky. Who knows it might accelerate the no. of your subs/views ! 🤑
Nice place to stay with highly recommended..very accessible to all places you want to visit in Tagaytay. I used stay on the middle or in the floor to see the view of the places around, Taal view and city view.. you may ask HAPPYNEST one of the agent in Tagaytay residences,.. they might give you nice rooms and discounts..just tell them that I refer you to them..btw I am Jose Dexter Fernandez...Enjoy your stay keep safe man..!!
Back in November I stayed in AirBNB's all over Thailand and never paid more than $25 per night. These were nice 1-bedroom condos with pools and gyms. I really like the fact that none of them came with a huge chore list AND cleaning fee like the ones in US have.
WOW --- I'd like to know what kind of rate you could get by the month ? -- Ideal location for long term living ! -- Everything needed is very close by the place ?!?
