Happy Fathers Day Benji, 🎉🍻🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿. My husbands been a chef practically his whole working life, I’m a home cook/fanatic. I like seeing the more professional grade things sometimes purely just for the sake of it tbh but it certainly interests me. As you also said sometimes I look at their equipment & wish we had something similar at home too, we do have the odd things here & there but nothing major.

Is your commercial kitchen going to be in the new house you're building? Doubt you have enough space for a kitchen in the studio, & getting the relevant approvals from the authorities is something else, as safety issues are of concern. I know as I''ve been there.
