I would put a stand up bar along the back of the cockpit, this yacht would make the best bachelors pad, or a great floating weekender… What’s not to love ❤️
While the boat may be “affordable”; you should include what the average slip fees are for the boat in the area you are reviewing it. Along with the average monthly/yearly costs of maintenance and fuel.
That’s not how sales work, they aren’t running a charity here, they are paid to sell boats, not run a history channel, if you want the truth they have their own boat brokerage and am sure they would be happy to answer reasonable questions that you can research on your own
It is affordable by every standards. A small condo in Montreal island is twice as much and you need to pay taxes. When you re buying a boat like this one, you re supposed to be financially very comfortable.
This might be my favorite live-aboard for 200k that I’ve seen so far .. I love the layout of this boat so much room for the size . Great owners cabin, nice galley, room to roam. I see no problem living aboard this boat it seems to have the perfect setup in my opinion I’ve been considering a live aboard this would be perfect for me Thank you for all your videos/contents. I’m a big fan.
I absolutely love your videos!!! I am hooked! Victoria, I love your commentary and knowledge and Rico you are the man!! You know everything about everything!!!
@@carlturner8382 I had to look that up, but yes, I guess you could call a 'mooring chock' a 'closed chock' in this case! 😎 Many alts exist, like... is it a mooring line / hawse / rope / warp... 🤣
Agreed. I love that you have both (less to go wrong). BUT what if you ever had to fix it replace it? It looks impossible to remove. I hope there's something I didn't see that would allow for those possibilities/needs.
@@georgearmstrong681 Also, top loader that low means you're kneeling to load/unload it (with potential of water on that carpet). Would probably look for another place to move the laundry setup, and change it to front loaders... maybe the storage space in the twin cabin, and just convert the rest of the cabin space to an office w/crew overflow option(s).
Another great yacht tour by Team Victoria & Rico!!! Did not expect the washer/dryer in the owners' cabin-I was thinking during the tour "it probably doesn't have them" but investigator Victoria found them! Thanks again-you make my Saturday's!!!
Seems so obvious now to raise the bed in the forward VIP cabin for more storage underneath, you don't stand up on a bed you lie down so you don't need all that head room. Such a cute yacht. 😊
Great video . Yeah is really clean for the age . And the injure, I like the fact that there’s access facing outward when it comes to repairs components . You both are awesome 😀
When thinking about buying a 25 year old yacht, two questions jump to the front of my head. What is the condition of the hull and how much mold is hiding in there? Thank you guys so much for the free maritime education. Your article on Furuno was outstanding. I live about an hour from Camas, would have made the drive while sitting on broken glass for a chance to meet you. Y'all are the best. Can't wait for the launch and first charters, it's going to be glorious!
You always manage to find clean well cared for yachts! In the real world boats claimed to be like new or at least properly maintained are in appealing condition with so much hidden under new flooring, instrumentation, paint or such other “upgrades” that hide the true nature of the boat. A marine surveyor with solid credentials really help to determine if the first impression proves to be a valid one. The yachts that you tour just show that the effort can be rewarding.
Absolutely without a doubt Look under the lipstick. People will hide all kinds of stuff A boat this size. I would want a lift scheduled to indpect the hull. Those canals are not very deep. The yard around this one is not cared for. .... slip needs attention. Is boat getting neglected a bit? And I want to see just one of those giants do a 360 to leave port😂😂
Victoria and Rico can't be beaten when it comes to opening doors, cupboards, etc. and really exploring boats (interior and exterior) In your place Victoria, I'd be doing the same thing. You 2 are the best.
@@NautiStyles She is the one with the magnetic personality and my husband and I agree on that. He is the much more serious and mechanically inclined one. So, they make a great couple.
Victoria is very pretty in her Ralph Lauren dress and Panama Hat, Oh gee i was forgetting the boat, which is a great liveable and affordable Yacht ! Thanks for the tour !
Victoria u have such cute taste in fashion! Great boat, if I could afford it, I'd live on it, but have it shipped to So Cal. U guys are so cute and do great review!😊
This is a remarkably nice boat! Looks well maintained too. I bet it sells quickly. A question, could a boat like this be used on a large freshwater lake? If not, why not, or why not ideally? Thanks.
🦄🍀 yes anybody could afford that that wanted to be on the water that is a nice live a board Imagination, I am getting so anxious to look at the big mama🍀✨
As always great job, I wish you would show more of your updates on your new boat build. I checked both channels and nothing. I have been subscribed to both channels plus now a crew member on youtube.
Standing ovation for the Cameraman! Rico is so nice to us... Making great shots of beautiful Victoria. I won't post the timestamps. You guys will have to watch (and watch again) to discover all the Easter eggs he has placed throughout the video. When Victoria is in picture, Rico is on our side!
Thanks for Odoo ! I was just about to ask for the contact information L O L . I appreciate a real affordable Yacht series segment . For someone like myself that could actually afford. We’re not sailing from a Yacht in our businesses ha ha 😂
A hawser is the rope that a ship is towed by or attached to a dock...the hole that the rope passes through is called a hawsehole or hawsepipe.....cheers🍷🇨🇦
Another great video, I'm kind of sad that you guys haven't posted a video on your nautiguys channel going on a month now. I'm going through withdrawals, lol... Love the journey you guys are on and hope to see a new video soon. Much blessings and love ...
I wish to sell it all and buy a live aboard about this size. I love watching your channel, and keep the videos coming. Thank you both for sharing your thoughts on every detail of the boats you show
I have watched a bunch of your videos don't mean to be negative but I honestly because you are very knowledgeable about yachts having your wife fumble through everything just being honest
@@marysweet3093 Exactly! I enjoy the wife's real reactions to new items. There are literally 5 billion videos on YT, people should just swipe if they don't like the one in front of them
Hi guys, Thanks for bringing us this one! I think the helm station -area‘s coziness is great. In addition, I would like to take the opportunity to ask you on your personal thoughts about the following issue (nothing that would affect „real-life-struggles", just a question of interest that came to my mind, having to much time today…😅). Yachts from Princess and Sunseeker are likely part of the sparehead of the industry in terms of detailing/finishing quality and engineering quality, but for that reason also scary expensive (at least to my pocket…😅). When I imagine now for a second, someone purchasing even a superyacht from these builders, like for instance the upcoming Sunseeker 120, than this person would finally receive a boat also made of GRP, what seems kinda strange to me. Such a heck of a lot of money (probably ~20-25M€ inc. taxes 🤯) for a (hardly spoken) plastic boat. Surely there are alternatives at this size, but what do you think? Is this caliber of Sunseeker and co. that way overwhelming (maybe also compared to the competition), that you would consider the price point as kinda justified and things like hull and superstructure material not mattering or would you rather be on the point of view, that would say: „Come on Princess/Sunseeker, please stay with what you are mainly good at …pleasure-planing 2-deckers from roughly 45 to 85 feet!“? Would love to hear your expertise.
Victoria. How many times are you gonna ask what a hawsehole is..? Come on girl. You're a USCG licensed captain aren't you..? This wasn't on the test for that..? Lol.
You can't buy a tiny little condo for that price in any major North American city. And the condo fees would be minimum $300 a month. Yeah there'd be compromises to be made and living on a boat isn't for everyone but this is definitely an interesting option. Especially for when the zombies come as zombies can't swim. It is known. :)
@Navy1977 I bought my first and only live aboard about 40 years ago. It was a coastal cruiser, brand name Holiday Mansion. I owned it for about 9 years. I loved the life and particularly the boating community. I live in Canada. In the summer I docked in Toronto and I wintered in Pickering, a small town east of Toronto. I had to winter else where as there are few marinas in Canada that serve in water boats during the winter. It was a great lifestyle and I'd love to go back to a boat. With each NautiStyles video I become more and more envious.
@@adambellamy40 I get it. But around here you're paying minimum $300k for a one bedroom closet, plus $400 condo fees, parking and utilities on top of that. Just to have your own 1 bedroom slice of heaven squeezed in-between a bunch of rental units. Having said that here in Calgary we don't have the option to live on the water so this could be just me talking out my butt.
Like the channel 🖖🏻👍🏻 Yes! Barstools or smaller kitchen Nice lounge Making me want a black or white Russian 😂 Watch an old clint Eastwood western movie With my girl for some odd reason 😂😂
Not even in my dreams could I have imagined I would know something about boats Rico did not. It's just the pulpit but I'm feeling good about my boating knowledge.
Very nice yacht, seems great to live on. However, somebody has to be very flexible and limber to use that washing machine. You need to get down on your knees and then reach way down below floor level to get the clothes out. Maybe after a few years of chiropractic therapy.
Hello, how difficult would it be for you guys to tour a Sunpower VIP 44. It is an all electric catamaran that I would love to hear you perspectives on.
Hi guys ! Wow.. for less than 2 bits that is allot of boat. Seems well taken care of and how about that laundry Ha ha ! Cracked a smile on that one. I mean I am a fairly smart guy but that was really outside of the box right? Good to see you. Wishing you well always :)
I have been enjoying your program for a couple years.. It has been over 50 years since I worked on a ship. What size do you recommend for a boat to travel to the Bahamas? A live on. You two are the best. Dick Flatley
Love to see these things are common to all men and women. At least we all know it is bowput. Bow Sprits is on all a sail boat. I also forgot the name of the through holes to the clets. Love guys you're so funny and knowledgeable. Cheers!
This yacht is in such good condition and has an excellent layout that being a live aboard would be pretty awesome!! 👍 I could definitely see myself living on this yacht in southern Florida!!
What a pleasant, clean, affordable liveaboard! The laundry fix is genious! Then you can keep the bunks for visiting friends who might have one too many cocktails and be in need of a bed overnight 😉
