I have flat feet and have benefited from Powerstep plus. They are getting older now and it appears the arch is not as high. Getting a little bit of pain in the balls of my right foot. Wasn't sure if it was arthritis which is in my knees. When standing on one of those foot machines, it appears my weight favors the outside of my feet. Was wondering what type of arch support would be best, and if I should try and place extra cushion under the arch support near balls of feet. Any thoughts?

Work boot question. Are pull on work boots like wellingtons bad for plantar fasciitis? I have powerstep pinnacle insoles and they have been great but I’m curious if I can add arch support to a wellington boot for work use or if I should get a lace up that locks my foot in. I prefer pull on boots for easy on/off but was wondering if adding an arch support to them would be enough.

Interesting video, Dr. Dave. I am trying to find a good orthotic/insole for Peroneal Tendonitis. Would you recommend the Powerstep Pinnacle Maxx or the Pinnacle regular? The Maxx has a lateral heel post and more rigid support. I also have fallen arches. I want to try Powersteps but I don't know which one would be best for treating Peroneal Tendonitis. The Powersteps website does not list Peroneal Tendonitis is any of its insole descriptions. I contacted Customer Service and they were no help. I hope you can help me. Thanks!

I had a pair of of Powerstep Pulse insoles. They were decently comfortable, and got the job done. I wore them in my boots 5 days a week for about 3 weeks. In that short time they completely fell apart. The foam separated and the lining peeled off. I contacted Powerstep about this, and complained (in a nice and professional manner) that I would like a refund and they basically told me to fuck myself. They were very rude, and unprofessional. Personally, I'd never spend my money on this brand again, but maybe others will have better luck.

I seem to have a long arch for my 6.5 shoe size. I only feel comfortable in the arch if the support is meant for a size 9 shoe. But then it doesn't fit in heel or metatasal. Is there a
