Nice!!! I think we can all agree you have mad skills my friend. As you already know there’s no comparison to the rent we pay here U.S.We’re lucky if we can find 4 or 5 star hotel for less than 400 a night. Apartments here in the states at that price per month? No way. We found a nice condo in Las Pinas and are looking for one in BGC just to be in the city as well. Can’t wait to get there 🇵🇭. Keep it going 👍🏾✌🏾
I appreciate the kind words Mark! And you're absolutely correct, even if these prices are more expensive than most places here in PH, they're still a steal compared to U.S accommodations. And keep me updated on your search for a place in BGC, good for you guys! You'll love it here.
Tuli, Another great video . You?have a great perspective on the subjects that you present. I see you with 100,000 subscribes by January, 2023. Stay safe abd stay blessed!
20k is very reasonable esp Tagatay. Been der a couple of times stayed in d hotel and ended up in d casino during d night 😎live d cool climate during d day but a bit cold and windy during d nites @occasionally . Thanks mate nice video adequate infos . Looking forward to visit Tagatay again when holidaying der 2022🙏
Great video and thank you for the links. I have not had much luck when looking for rental properties that are affordable. Some would be considered pricey here in California.
The rental that caught my eye was the 1-Bedroom condo at Serin East for only 20k. It looked very spacious and had great views. Almost made me want to move in, but then I'd be so far away from my Savvy Expat mentor living in BGC. How would we be able to get together for lunch so that you can teach me everything you know? Ha ha ha just joking, another well made video and really opening my eyes as to what's out there. Keep up the good work 👏 👍
Mentor 😂 Glad I could show you more accommodations out there! And I agree, the Serin East unit was the best deal in my opinion. Very updated and spacious. And just for the record, I love manam ;) 😂
Nice video. Can you do south of Manila on areas like Ayala Alabang or Santa Rosa Laguna. Looking for nicer subdivisions up to par with US suburb standards. Thanks
Great Video. I am headed to Carmona Cavite in Oct '22. Not finding much there. I am also interested in a 1 or 2 bedroom unit. San Pedro, Nuvali or Binan would also be acceptable areas
Great Video. I am from the UK and about to retire in the Philippians. Tagaytay seems to appeal be appealing. I don't think I am going to have a car. Therefore, which area in Tagaytay it is possible to have a property with sunning views (mountains, lake or volcano: no buildings!), but still within a walking distance from essential amenities such malls, Gym...etc? Thank you very much for your advice
Sorry this is off-topic, you and the ohana ok? I know Rai/Odette ripped through PH with primary impacts to regions V to XI...back on topic, great video, has me rethinking where I may want to set up, mahalo
We're doing great Roti. The Typhoon didn't hit Manila bad at all. Glad you enjoyed the video, Patreon upload on Social Life in The Philippines coming soon!
Hi bud, how far in advance would i have to contact you to start a consult on where to live once I move there. Basically, my monthly budge is over 3k (just slightly). I am looking for a 1bdrm condo 50+ sq meter for rent that overlooks the ocean. I would like it to be close to food, gym, movie theatre, and so on. Let me know if I am asking for too much or that would be hard to accommodate.
I sure wouldn't call those "affordable" - unless compared to the most outrageously priced places in the US ? --- Many much cheaper in other areas. --- Less expensive is surely available given Google even says that a couple can retire there "comfortably on $1000 per month" ? Generally rent should be 30% max. (?) meaning $300 ? You - it appears - are being 'extravagant' ?
