Thomas Kirkness-Little I think it might be a sign that people don’t want to stare at the television all day and enjoy real world physical interaction. I don’t doubt people want split screen , but I don’t think board games have anything to do with that what so ever.
Watch a group play the game 90% wrong, and have no idea what's going on because none of the actual players read the instructions beforehand, only the cameraman.
I played this several times by myself and with my parents. The definately fun once you get a hang of the rules and remembers all the steps. I don't think it is the type of game you can play while drinking which is a bit of a shame.
Fallout is a pretty difficult game to learn because the many rules are incomplete and the cards are confusing. I wanted a step by step explanation of gameplay. This is NOT it. Does anyone know where to find it???
25 minutes in before the first move is complete...everyone is only vaguely aware of what is going on....constant paging through the rules....hard to watch you guys suffer... ....and they say radiation can cause fatigue... :/ Perhaps a session on a rookie play of Advanced Squad Leader next? (I kid!)(Because I care!) ^^ UPDATE: After watching the excellent review by SU&SD, it has become clear, and there’s no getting around it: this game is a stinker, especially with more players - apparently pretty good as a solitaire, though. You guys did your best with it. And for that, we thank you.
Graham could not camp 2 times or even 1 time for that matter on the turn he took 16 damage. You are only allowed 2 actions per turn. He used one on his encounter which resulted in a fight. He then used his second action to move two spaces fighting the aggressive enemy along the way. At this point he has used his actions and could not camp even once.
