You can definately notice a trend with these logos that they're getting more and more simplified. I really like the new Sydney logo, but I also always thought that their previous logo was pretty clever with the implementation of the Sydney Opra House for the swan body. I also quite liked how the previous North Melbourne logo had the kangaroo holding a football as the eye catcher. Now half of the Kangaroo is hidden behind the text. I'm not a fan of how Port Adelaide completely scrapped their lightning bolt idea either. That feels like a step back to me. Other than those, I think a lot of these logos have benefited quite well from this.
So the bombers had a bomber as their logo before bombers existed? How forward thinking. Does that mean the Tassie team can be the Tasmanian dumblegrabs. Don't worry it will all make Sense in 63 years.
Good video Matt there was a mistake with the Richmond logos but it's good to see you get back to your best videos in my opinion which is your history of the afl videos would love to see every grand final scores and stuff like that really good video Matt keep up the good work👍
I recon Port could Change the shape of the Shield (To look less like Fremantle) and Add more teal into the logo (To look less like Collingwood) But I like the PA
I like the demon on Melbourne's old logos and the stick figure on St. Kilda's 89-94'. Surprised Saints have kept the same logo for 25years, it looks like a private school crest, so formal.
Swans and the doggies are the only two who I might suggest they had better logos in the past. All the rest have positively developed their current logo to be better than any before them.
