If you loved the OLD Cacharel Pour Homme or Dunhill Edition, but are disappointed with their new reformulations that don't have any performance, this is the one to replace them.
I have a recommendation for you to try! (Definitely get a sample rather than a full bottle though: the full-bottle price is pretty outrageous for what you get.) Maison Francis Kurkdjian's Amyris Homme Extrait! It's one of my first experiences with an amyris-centered fragrance, and I have fallen head over heels for this raw material. It's such a change of pace compared to the more typical resins/waxes/etc. that come up in fragrance like styrax. The composition is wonderful too if you're a fan of a lot of semi-sweet Vanilla in the base. Great review by the way - I think of all the houses creating a lot of clones, Afnan has impressed me the most.
@@QuestioningScents Yeah, I checked your channel with the search function for MFK reviews and didn't see anything about AHE, so figured I'd mention it! I snagged a sample of it during my recent purchase of a bottle of Chanel Egoiste EdT (1990, not the Platinum version), which is one of my favorite Rose fragrances ever.
