I noticed you were also advertising this same company after Americans and Ghanaians posted their complaints on social media. It does not appear that they did not do their due diligence. It appears that the company did not deliver as promised. The company spoke on this issue a long time ago. They cited the Covid-19 pandemic as the reason for their delay and losses. I am not sure what their current standing is. However, the pandemic officially ended in May 2023. ✌🏽

This will reduce the chances of myself and others making the mistake of associating a similar community having a similar, design, colors and financing schemes with other communities. If I am wrong, I am not proud. So please forgive me if I was wrong. If I did indeed make a mistake, let me explain how it occurred. A few months ago you were advertising a similar community. I have since gone back and reviewed the video. You stated that the community was in Oyarifa. Please, what is the name of the company and community that you were advertising at the end of your videos a few months back that also offered white, two-story homes with a financing plan? All said, I still stand by the main point of my comment which was the issue was not the client not doing their due diligence. The issue appears to be that the company has failed to deliver. According to the CEO, the delay is their issue and not the client's. Secondly, along with reminding viewers to do their own due diligence, social media influencers DO have a responsibility to properly VET and COMMUNICATE the details of each offer and the companies making the offer. ✌🏽

Wode Maya should bring together all those RU-vidrs mentioned to say something sensible to their viewers. The thing is that they did not issue any disclaimers and therefore technically throwing their weight 100% behind these estate developers. Legally these RU-vidrs are liable for ‘misleading’ their viewers. They can only be exonerated if they had issued a disclaimer but rather they seem more interested in amassing viewerships. The matter of contention here is not whether or not a due diligence was made prior to purchase but rather WHO falsely influenced and misled them to the seller?

I mean if you didn’t pay a commission to the RU-vidr to act on your behalf, how do you expect him to suffer on your behalf ? Just because a Landlord rented his shop to a company doesn’t mean the landlord must be held accountable for the company’s misdemeanors. RU-vidrs especially Wode Maya, granting an interview with the seller doesn’t mean he was actively involve their business transactions. Free Wode Maya from your Misfortunes and find a better way to handle your issues. Besides, When they went buying the properties, did they involve RU-vidrs to act as their agents?? They should go meet their agents and lawyers to sue the company if they are indeed interested in pursuing this, instead of calling out RU-vidrs
It's a shame you feel RU-vidrs don't have a responsibility for misleading their subscribers. Yes the buyers should have hired lawyers etc and done their due diligence but You RU-vidrs need to vet these companies and do your due diligence as well. The problem is and i guarantee all those RU-vidrs were paid to shoot a video advertising Sucasa etc so they could care less, they got paid and that's all that matters but that is simply hurting their brand because now subscribers are looking at future videos like this might be another Scam. You're selling land and believe it not you're influencing people to purchase from you because they watch your videos and have some level of trust they've gained by watching you.
