You so cute when with lighter skin should let you know what color skin the devil's skin likely to be because of the hate for dark skin???? God has nothing to do with hate but to hate hate?!!!
I asked an alien why do they hate us so much, and she did not hesitate when she told me; they are JEALOUS of our skin! This is the third alien, who told me this truth without any fumbling around with their answers. But, it's ashamed, that some of our own hate their skin, and put on bleaching creams and wearing blond wigs and weaves to THINK they're 'wite'! SICKENING!!!
@@worldafriculturalcommunity5872 I think the colorism is from colonialism, because the same colorism exists all across the world where people have been colonized. My God Ram, as per the scripture is described to be dark brown in complexion, that shows that our ancestors didn’t discriminate based on color. Casteism is due to colonialism and due to our own bigotry. Indians need to get over the caste system to encourage genetic mixture. Our constitution reflects progress but people still need to change. Both colorism and casteism belong in the trash bin of civilization.
Yeah that’s true but a lot of black Americans like myself lighten up quite a bit in the winter. My complexion is shade lighter than the poster. I get lighter and yellow undertone in winter and darker reddish completion in summer. Other blacks speculate bleaching and that is absolutely not the case. The older I get I embrace getting darker in the summer. But growing up in 90s many of us especially ladies didn’t want to be in the sun and get darker. Quite Cray now I think about it
I'm a dark skin Black British guy (Caribbean descent). I love being black. And to be honest, I seriously do not understand why so much of the world despises people like me who are very dark.
@Northstar2 : Both ladies, maybe society's standard of beauty, but they've never been mine. That being said, I'm Afro-Latina .I grew up hearing older women say things like; "she's such a pretty girl, but she's so dark", & I would think to myself. Keep ur damn compliment!, I'm perfect just the way I am!. U know why I could proclaim that over myself?, because my Papi would always say. "Mi hijita, I love ur beautiful brown skin!", as he lovingly touched my face. He was empowering me. So that I would always see myself beautiful, & I ALWAYS WILL!.
@@dboi4952 Same here. Literally NEVER thought I’d be attracted to an Indian woman and to this day one of the most beautiful women I’ve ever seen in life was a dark skinned Indian woman.
@bailofhay978 Yeah! But let us keep the African Characteristics...mainly the hair...not to use extensions, weaves, wigs, indian's fake hair...men shave bald for shame...I like to be of African's in full.
There is no such thing as an African-American, you are a dark-skinned American. I'm white, born in Africa and living in Europe, what am I? All human beings are of African descent. Discrimination based on skin color occurs in all societies, even among so-called white people. The white woman with blue eyes is the most valued, because she is rarer. If you are a black woman with blue eyes, you will also be more valued. In China, light-skinned women are more desired. The same thing also happens in Africa. But is a white woman with blue eyes more beautiful than a black woman? Maybe yes, maybe not. When I look at a woman, I look for certain physical characteristics that I often find in black, Asian, Indian and European women.
My South African white friend told me her children of a white are African-American. Makes sense. I feel those who feel superior to a person of darker skin have some inferiority issues themselves. I am a proud Black American.
For real I've never ever ever looked in the mirror and not liked what I saw. My skin has a chocolate color and a golden red color as an undertone When the Sun hits it. IDK why You would just want to be a bland pale person, unless of course that's how you were born. Melanin is literally protecting you on more than just a superficial external level.
It's quite funny how certain people will want to look down on their darker brothers and sisters but at the same time they tan to try to achieve that very look, I believe it's a type of jealousy that causes this..
It predates that it started with Aryans invading South Asia generally they were Mediterannean peoples so darker then East Asians and Non Med Europeans as well as Western Caucasus Mountainers but lighter then Dravidians, Veddoids, Sentinel Islanders, Nicobar Islanders, And Adaman Islanders yeah.
@@matthewmann8969 are you Indian? If not don't talk nonsense without knowing nothing. Colonial period is when divide among people started. Before that people live happily within each other in India.
“Aryan invasion” is a myth started by the British because they couldn’t believe non-white people had architecture, literature and philosophy all of their own. Recent genetic studies have also debunked it.
Cuba does the same thing. Ricky Ricardo, Gloria Estaban, etc., are not the same color as most Cubans. Celia Cruz and Benny More are not portrayed as common Cubans, but they look like most Cubans. Castro tried to deal with the racism that is common there. The Miami Cubans brought that mess to this country with them, as if we needed more racism!!!!!😢
A preference for light skin long predates colonialism or "oppression". Light skin indicated a higher caste determined by social standing. Even in Europe this happened. People who worked in the fields were tanned and identifiable as such whereas wealthier people were not exposed and had lighter skin. Just look at the far east. Light skin has long been desired by women in particular. I suspect the niqab and hijab are in part worn by women to reduce skin exposure to the sun. Japanese women , and others, wear sunhats and carry parasols to avoid exposure and skin darkening.
@@juniorjohnson7020 more infuriating is people forgetting human history goes into B.C.E yet blame colonialism which 1000s of years later. How did all mankind sprout from Africa if not colonizing, conquering, discovering. The truth is it’s the human condition. All people lie, cheat, steal, kill. In all races it is pride that leads to a fall. When we stop looking at our skin and start looking at character, then maybe we can see value in people not qualities in people. The problem with people is pride. It will cause you to go blind with self pity, arrogance, and ignorance of others
I am now 67 years old. My whole life I’ve been told that…”she’s so beautiful BUT she’s so dark”. It’s left me broken inside. My self confidence was shattered. It would have been easier to cope with the outside pressure but I was also treated poorly by much of my family. I never miss an opportunity to tell all dark skinned babies that cross my path how beautiful they are and how smart I think they are. In spite of all the hardships I had to endure, I love the color of my skin. The hardship has made me the strong and caring woman that I am. ❤❤🙏🏾🙏🏾

I'm so sorry this happened to you. I'm Moroccan and brown but born and raised in a small town in Germany and was actually treated very well, but Indians and Arabs tend to be racist in general as you have stated. One day brown and black skin will stand out for the beauty it has. It's happening!
Golden brown cinnamon skin, deep chocolate hair, and coffee eyes. With some of the most beautiful fashion and architecture in history. They should feel so gorgeous like that again
@@renwilson6987 'caste' system ? thats a Portuguese word defining a caste system that prevalent in europe and not an indian word or social structure so dont confuse the two .The british brought in European caste structures into India to replace varna and jaati which are flexible

@@markjohnson9485 honestly that can be a self esteem concern. We can all easily look down on anyone or any race or we can embrace, respect and accept them for who they are!
It goes back to Aryan invasion/migrations from central Asia. Like around the time the Hyksos in ancient Kemet did the same thing. They brought their genes for light skin and since tben theres been heirachy. The Europeans also derive their colorlir.from the same central Asian migrations 3000 years ago. They colonised India and made the ancient colourism even worse. But it was already there like in North Africa, latin America, South Africa. Anywhere lighter people took over essentislly became divided by light skin
Yeah, keep in mind that India was Eastern Ethiopia. The Aryan conquest poisoned their minds. Most Indians were basically Australian Aboriginal, Negrito, and a few other African tribes prior to the Aryan invasion. The Aryan stuff died down some because the Aryans were getting absorbed by the Negro populations. Then the newer Brit mental took hold of them.

I grew up on the Southside of Chicago in an all black community, but we have different shades. Some that almost looked white to very dark mahogany. My sister is much lighter than me. I've been to India. All these comments about colorism in Indian society are so true. Many Americans, particularly African Americans, would be surprised to see that *most* Indians in india however are as dark or darker than them, even in Northern and Central Indian states i.e., Rajasthan and Utapradesh states. The cast system seems to also coniecide with skin color as well. The lower casts are generally made up of the darker skinned Indians. It's in these lower casts where you will see the truly beautiful Indian woman and handsome Indian men.

Color is not what makes people beautiful or unbeautiful. It's the health of your skin. All colors can glow with correct nutrition and skincare.
