I love donuts. And tea. Earl Grey is my favorite. What a treat for your family. I had a donut today and tea but the tea was with toast for breakfast. The donut was a snack after I had eaten green beans and potatoes with butter for my dinner. Bless your heart you are working hard. Thank you for showing us your home and way of life. I am a 72 yo lady in Florida USA. I have subscribed.
U know what is the most striking thing about ur video for me ??each nd every video gives me the south indian village vibe .the sound of crow ,the little chickens and that black tea everything that reminds me of some beautiful village memories ♥️
Am not from coast am from central Kenya and I swear I miss kenyan breakfast (the Kikuyu tribe traditional breakfast ie sweet potato, cassava, yam , arrowroot with milk tea 🤤) kenyan mom's are good at making tea no matter how much I try to make tea it never taste like my mom's 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Hello from Texas, USA! I have made donuts from prepared dough from the store in those tubes and just rolled it out, cut in circles/donut shapes and fried in hot oil. My dough didn’t have sugar so I rolled each fried donut in regular white sugar when they were cooled for about 5 minutes on a paper towel to soak up some of the oil. They tasted amazing! Warm and delicious with coffee. This video was just lovely ❤️🥰
Wow...very much similiar like our tradition of preparing the buns and black tea!!! My native is Kerala, South of India.. May your tribe be happy, healthy and blessed with the best today and forever.
They look delicious. We make them here in America, but we call them "doughnuts". They are made in different flavors, and there are shops that sell them. The part in the middle you cut out is also fried and called "doughnut holes".
Hi mam how are you 😊 i enjoy watching your show . Your cooking outside your house is very interesting it reminds me of my grandmother village here in India South Karnataka . Some recipes you make are similar or close to what we cook . Your Village environment is so much similar to what our few remote rural areas are . Good 👍😊 luck , May thayi Chamundeshwari bless you in your efforts mam . The village market you showed is so much similar to my village market also . I love the way you cook for your family members and how you eat it a mouth full it shows how yummy tasty food is , i enjoy watching you enjoying your hard work 😊👍 I also like how you share your food with your pets , living with animals and enjoying a meal is a divine feeling i do it with my cat it is a amazing feeling indeed .
Wonderful 💕💕 I couldn't believe my eyes, the way coconut is broken with a big knife, way coconut is grated with a coconut scrapper, are stunningly , exactly same as in our Village at south India, Karnataka state, Dakshina Kannada District 💖 My God, the way your mother sit and grated the coconut is exactly same, i thought i am watching some channel from Karnataka, the way your mother taking the coconut milk is different though. The way you have Banana trees at the backyard of your house, the way you cut and collect the banana leaves, and washing, and burn the leaves to get flexibility is absolutely same as in my village. And the way you mix the dough also same, only difference is we use sour curd in the place of yeast , otherwise the recipe is very similar to our "Mangalore buns". The way your mother prepared tea also so familiar, i thought i am watching my Grandmother preparing tea 🥰 The crown of the whole video is you call Cardamom eliquid, and we call it "Elakki" or "Elaichi". The similarities are unbelievable and endless, I am so happy to watch this, Thanks for the video 💕💕 All the Best dear 💕💕 I am from India , south part of the nation

What a coincidence my first time here. I’m asking myself is she making this bread then she sad her mom was making black tea. 😮 ohhh my this is my favorite time with my mom. She is a watcher now but this was how we did our bread , tea , pastry passed trading from her mom. That’s what I had today after a gym session. I’m still that pastry, tea girl. Never knew it was a tradition of eastern African. I see westerner Nigerian do a lot of rice with their children. Amazing
In England these are called Ring Doughnuts but wouldn't have the addition of the coconut milk and would be finally rolled in a fine sugar called caster sugar. If the dough was made into balls and cooked in the oil they could then be filled with jam which is a mixture of cooked fruit and sugar made by boiling together.
That looked so delicious even the tea the only thing is covering up the delicious donuts so the flies won't land on them 😋 but I would gladly eat one and the tea yummy 😋

Seams delicious. In my country we use blender or greaters for the coconuts and some people bake instead of frying this remind me of making drops when we use the banana leave to set them back in the days.this is a survival way of cooking that every one should know.have a great day.
