Hello Ms. Dosha. Happy new week to you. From the USA. Always impressed with you and your family way of cooking food. Thank you so much for another great video
In India we usually cook the onion till golden brown. It enhances the taste of every dish. You can try the onion like this. And we use onion garlic ginger green chilli and few spices.
Greetings...in India, this curry procedure is almost the same except that we add more spices like ginger ,garlic paste,Chilli powder, coriander powder and lastly some garam masala powder....lots of similarities between your cuisine and ours...I love to see your traditional methods of cooking...using firewood and clay pots really enhances the taste of the dishes...in Indian villages ,still the same are being used but in cities we have switched over to modern non stick pans, pressure cookers, microwaves and other gadgets...that help us to cook faster ...but that heavenly taste is completely lost...love to watch your videos friend...thank you...
@genevievelangan253 Thank you very much for such appreciating words ..this is the first time I am watching African cuisine and truly amazed at the similarities...Asian continent is so far away from Africa but our cuisines seem to be similar...ofcourse with some exceptions like we use more spices as India is a land of spices...and the way miss Dosha sits on the floor and uses firewood and clay pots brings back the nostalgic memories of my grand mom who used to prepare such delicious curries on firewood using clay pots...now I follow the same recipes...but no ...not anywhere nearer to that aroma and taste...I don't know from which country you are ... thanks again and have a great week end...
