Hi, I was deported back in 2004 for life (I think). I was a U.S. permanent resident and lived in the U.S. for nearly 30 years. I arrived in the U.S. with my parents in 1976. Currently I have been living in Mexico for the past 18 years. My whole family is in the U.S. My mother is a U.S. citizen. My question is, what can I do to go back legally? I was convicted for an aggravated felony (not drugs nor sexual charges) and deported in 2004. What are the steps to start a process in getting back to the U.S. legally? Can I get a pardon? Or a permit to visit at least? I work as a Spanish/English Interpreter over the phone helping people all over the U.S. Please help. Thank you.

Good Day, sir I was deported 2017 because I worked as a Caregiver when i was there as a tour for 6 months. What should I do to come back to visit my family out there.
my friend had the same situation she was deported and she was ban for 10 years from coming back to US. She was deported 2003, then she applied for US visa before the covid 2019 and was denied the reason was she had a record of deportation. We all thought her ban is 10 years and it’s more than 10 years now almost 18 years.
Hello, On October 11, 2023, I entered the United States illegally through San Diego and surrendered at the border. After staying in the US for about 4 months and 10 days, I voluntarily left the country on February 21, 2024, before even initiating my asylum process. My first court date was supposed to be on August 20, 2024, but I didn't wait for it. Based on information I found online, it seems that I might not have any entry ban because my stay in the US was less than 180 days. Now, I'm trying to find out if it's possible for me to enter the US again, and if so, what would be the best and most logical way for me. Even if I win the Green Card lottery, will my previous illegal stay prevent me from using this right and going to the US? If legal ways are closed to me, and I try to enter illegally again, will I be imprisoned or will I be released after a few days in a camp like the first time? Will I be granted asylum? Can I get help and advice from you in this process? I would be very happy if you could share your thoughts with me, whether positive or negative. I will be waiting for your response. Have a nice day and good work.
