The problem with antibiotics is they do not discrimante, from our body point of view this is a nuclear option that wipes off all your gut bacteria, including the good ones so after a session it will take months to rebuild it

Hello, thank you for the video. How are you doing now? Has your stomach gotten used to chillies etc again? I had hplyori just over 12 months ago and was treated and cleared and since was also found to have a hernia and GERD. I am still on ppi and have been since the holyori 12 months ago. Do you think I may as well start coming off the ppi? I recently got thrush from my inhalers which I have never got before so was wondering maybe if it was the ppis that allowed the candida to overflow? Take care.

This is me, real human. I think, it might be because of the way I edited the video. I put a couple of different clips together. Sometimes, I cut out the gaps between each sentences, to save time. Also, I was just recovering from the treatment, and had lost a lot of weight. Anyway, this video is a few years old. I don’t remember exactly how I did it.
It’s been 12 years after treatment. My digestive tract is not the same. Can’t not eat certain foods like Milk, certain proteins and vegetables. I must take probiotics and allergy medicine for aiding digestion. I get headaches most of the time because of dehydration in the morning. I don’t think I can absorb and convert enzymes effectively. I have problems focusing and concentrating. I’ve had 2 Colonoscopies and 1 endoscopy in the past 12 years. Would anyone like to share their daily meal regimen?
Try apples cider vinegar, lemon water Betaine HCL and fermented foods to build vac stomach acid. Not just for proper digestion but also to keep the bacteria in check.

What a coincidence! I took my antibiotics for H Pilory. but it is been 6 months , I am having too much gas, bloating, food sensitivity for mik, yogurt, bread or bread products, my throat seems like something stuck and hard to swallow. Don't know what to do, feeling so pathetic and low.
Lo me from india i too recently diagnosed with antral erosion + hp positive i feels lack of appititte, too much bloating..taking hp kit.is it completely cure?
My current life. It sucks. My stomach feels so weird. I finished my treatment but I do feel weird with yogurt, spicy food or sugary foods. My stomach is not totally healed as far as I know. It might take time

Is this the case with everyone or just you. There is a possibility you could get infected with it again, do you avoid restaurant food and eat only home cooked hygienic food.

A long time, many months. You must eat very small meal each time. You can eat more often, but very small amount each time. If you eat too big meal in one go, it’ll come up to your throat.
Oh very long time, so i’m suffering from h pylori and throat tightness one year and an half 12day ago i used pylera treatment And I appreciate from you❤️
How long did your symptoms last?? I finished antibiotics two months ago and today I got a negative result, but I still have stomach pain such as bloating and pain in the upper part of the stomach. How long do the symptoms last?
After eating too much gluten or dairy, bloated and feeling like something’s stuck in the throat. Eating gluten and dairy a little bit , every once in a while, is ok.
@@user-ns2iq2ev7f same i had diarhea on and off with mucus since getting infected, but when taking antibiotics i had mucus stool only, last week on thursday was my last day on the meds
@@joyslosar m not ok. Please guide me. My stool test was always negative but I have inflammation, not eating much ,weight loss breathing issues. This year I had blood in stool also had black stools so doctor did my endoscopy and colonoscopy. In endoscopy report: pangastric erythema in stomach, hpylori in stomach, and chronic inflammation in duodenum. .I didn't my antibiotics course of 10 days and my doctor gave me very light antibiotics .. the last day my course was 16th May 2023. But m not feeling well still. Lost 3kgs more in 20 days, feeling low. Can't eat more than 3,4 bites. Still m constipated ,bloated , having breathing issue. Having fever daily after from past 8 days. Is this normal thing?
@@joyslosar the ESR is also 79 which is high. I consulted another doctor and he said you might have to do the antibiotics course again he thinks the bacteria is still causing the issue. I can't take more antibiotics as m already feeling very low. What should I do?
@@lifewithmissa8985 I’m sorry to hear that you’re not feeling well. The abdomen contains a lot of internal organs. Sometimes, it’s difficult to pin point where the problem is coming from. Before I had the antibiotic treatment, my doctor arranged to have another expert ultrasound my abdomen to be sure that everything else, such as liver, pancreas, etc are fine. What I noticed by myself was that after high impact sports, such as fast running or rope jumping, my digestive problem got worsen. Then I read from somewhere that rope jumping could inflame duodenum. So, I stopped rope jumping, and felt better. However, I’m not a doctor. Nor am I a dietician. Please consult your doctor for diagnosis. If you’re not sure about your current doctor, find another doctor. I pray for your recovery. 🙏💐
For about a year after the treatment, I was gluten intolerant. More than two years later, I noticed that I was OK eating regular bread. I guess, it takes a few years for the stomach to be stronger.
Yes, around one year after the treatment, my digestive system started to be in excellent condition. I can eat many different things. But, as a general healthy eating habit, we shouldn’t eat too much junk food. 😊
I don’t think so. But, I’m not a doctor. Don’t be scared. We all get sick sometimes. I hope you get a good doctor. The treatment is not very pleasant. You have to endure it for a few weeks. But, after the pylori is all gone. Life is much better. Wishing you a speedy recovery. 💐🙏
Yes, for about 3 months after the treatment, digestive system was still very sensitive. But, please have a check that the h pylori was really eradicated.
One of the reasons that your digestive system is so messed up after the treatment is because, together with the antibiotic pills, the doctor also prescribes the medication that suppresses your digestive fluid. (I’m not a doctor, but I think, if your digestive fluid was not suppressed, it may destroy the antibiotic pills, and hence, the pills would lose the potential to kill the bacteria.) So, after you stop the digestive fluid inhibitor, there might be an irregularity of digestive fluid, too much some days, and some days, not enough. It’ll take a while for the digestive system to get back to normal. Eat right away, when hungry, but not too much each time.
@joyslosar I did not get gastritis from h pylori but I had gastritis 14 years before. I still have severe indigestion six months after eradication of h pylori bacteria
@@joyslosar Very good to see your YTube. I just finished the antibiotics. But not feeling any better. Still bloating, reflux, chest and back pain. It is terrible. Thank you for answering. 👍I am happy for you.
@@hadbrouwer After finish antibiotic. I still didn’t feel good for about 4 or 5 months. I had to eat small portions of meals, (but more often) for a while. Stop eating anything made of wheats also helps. I don’t know about back pain... I didn’t have any back pain.
Apple cider vinegar also helps, when I feel congested. But if my stomach hurts after taking ACV, I stop taking it. (ACV should be taken by a straw, so that it won’t erode the teeth enamel.)
I am coming off my second treatment for h pylori and I am not sure it is successful. I still have stomach noises and unsettle stomach but it might be from the damage done. I ordered a good pre biotic and probiotic suppliment to restore good bacteria in my system. I hope this helps. I feel your pain but from the comment, you are doing well ❤️
