+decilepsy1 If you know somebody in Japan, they can buy a ticket for you. If you're overseas, there are 100 int'l tickets sold at a time/date that Mindgames will announce. Last year they were sold on their Bandcamp page. All 100 sold out in a couple of seconds, so be prepared to be instantly ready at the release time.
International tickets go on sale in June-July typically. Keep eye on mindgames.jp . There are only 100 available and they sell within seconds of release, so be prepared to purchase them instantly at the release time (I.e. keep pressing F5 leading up to it). Ticket is ~$130-160. Hotels vary in the small Naeba town, but most people camp at the fest. Bringing camping gear on a flight is not that hard, just buy a large rolling duffle.
Looks like a gorgeous place and lovely sound system. Some better tunes would liven it up though! Blimey. It took 3 minutes for the hi hats to come in 😬
