We can build the case in many ways and they wont be able to answer, but the thing is we never claimed that Aicha (ra) was a normal girl, she was a prodigy... she was special.. and many classical islamic ressources testify to that. she even became one of the greatest scholar of Islam, n was a key figure of the knowledge transmission . she was clearly ahead of everyone at her age Allah chose her for the Prophet (pbuh).. and we can see the wisdom of it , how she played a key role because of her intellectual capacity n memory... Anyone who studied the Sirah will get that Aicha (ra) was an adult this argument fails everywhere but the craziest thing is people in the modern time can believe that we came from a fish then a fish n find no problem with that, and they cant believe that 1400 years ago in the desert of Arabia a 9 years old was adult... thats for me is mindblowing

What a train wreck the more you think about the arguments and the straight face they have around the game of dawa / apologetics. it really is embarrassing to see confident men convinced it's ok to have sex with a nine year old playing with dolls (andin wthem stupefyingly try to explain away the doll as one with no face/not childish or some nonsense) Aisha is calling to these guys to wake up by mentioning the dolls while saying "intercourse"

Woman reach puberty at different ages for inst. Arabs hit puberty earlier cuz of the warm climate. You can't win an argument by saying she wasn't a particular age to give consent. You can estimate and keep in mind estimate in this generation but not 1400years ago. The legal age of marriage in the west was in fact 8. Just 200years ago ! I have won the argument the moment you have read these points below. 1)Aisha was an Adult and there is clear proof she was not mentally, emotionally or physically harmed. 2)Trying to paint a picture of our prophet saw as a bad man because ## falls under presentism, not anachronism. 3)Our prophet saw married Aisha cuz she was a prodigy and ahead of her time in terms of intelligence, emotions and physical 4)Why is there not a single documented case before the 20th century labelling our prophet as a 'Pedophile' 'Womaniser' why did none of his enemies at the time called him this? It's been 14 centuries with a total population of more than 12 Billion people who have passed away and yet not a single case of this?

@@legend6943 Age of marriage is not the issue. Sex / consummation with pre-pubescent girl (as defined by Hadith) is. Islam/Hadith know that pre-pubescent girls are different (hence allowance to have dolls with faces etc and allowance on drawings of living things etc - there are videos on this teaching today) this all relates to an awareness that at that age they are not complicit to the sin (ie not mature to recognize it) 1. Aisha was not an adult as defined by Islam/Hadith, she was still allowed her dolls. 2. Presentism - no, I'm making an argument of Islam's own requirement / presentation according to the Hadith 3. He decided her to take her from a dream he had of her (hmm yeah not good) it's obvious reading the Hadith that he can influence families 4. No prior complaint ? Hmm may be that the historical focus has been the Quran. The Hadith were compiled a couple hundred years after. There is a lot of Hadith text, it is relatively obscure to locate the sahih entries that demonstrate Aisha flagging that she had her dolls at 9 when he did it.

Good video Hijab, but a few things need clarity. We can understand that history/children situation is different from the modern era, in every totality. The ‘delaying’ of children becoming Adult is definitely a thing of the modern era, but in Quran and Sunnah it’s still unclear. We have many ahadith in different context to men becoming Baligh? And the prophet PBUH giving specific age when to order children to pray etc. or when our beloved nabi send Usamah Bin Zayed to war at 15 etc. -I think Hijab SHOULD of concluded with making it clearer on Male/female dynamic in Arabia at time of Prophet, and rough age when boy becomes Man. -Clearing up misconceptions on male puberty/female menstruation and whether that clarifies ‘adulthood’ -And what Quran and sunnah says on this matter, even if there isn’t a specific age when we become ‘adults’ and responsible for our actions.

So to summarize this 52 minutes video: He says the marriage is acceptable even in the bible, but today he thinks it is inappropriate because nowadays a 9 years old in modern era doesn't get the education and preparation they need for marriage. Today even a 18 years old is still playing games, they lack the mental maturity required for marriage in Islam, but physically, when you look at a 14 years old's body, you can tell that they are clearly not children and they can overpower an adult.

There is no evidence in the Islamic corpus that Aisha married at the age you think she got married, period. Your only proofs are the Ahadith of Hishaam ibn Urwa, which had been proven weak. No, I'm not dissing the Sahabi Hishaam ibn Urwa. He's reliable in the books of Ahmad because his Ahadith were collected in the Peninsula, but Bukhari et al collected his Hadith outside the Peninsula at a time when there was question mark of his reliability. So yeah, we take it that you were ignorant about this and willing to pardon your mistake. {Everyone makes mistakes}, providing you make a disclaimer video otherwise we will brand you as a deviant who not only quotes weak Hadith but also a wicked scholar who' s pushing noncery to tarnish the reputation of the good mainstream Muslim community.

@@cocoalfaridah5831 Sadaqallahul atheem. But what exactly are you even trying to prove with this verse. The iddah period of a prepubescent girl is 3 months, yes. What can you conclude from that. How does that necessitate that the Quran permits intercourse with prepubescent girls.
@johnoops4633
@johnoops4633 Год назад
Those who no longer expect menstruation among your women, if you doubt, then their waiting period is three months, and also for those who have not menstruated. Surat al-Talaq 65:4 This verse refers to the waiting period until remarriage (‘iddah) for divorced “women,” who are by definition adults. It does not use the word for children or prepubescent girls. The verse merely delivers a practical rule for determining the waiting period for any divorced woman who, for whatever reason, does not menstruate. A woman might not menstruate for several reasons, because she is too old to menstruate or has a physical disorder that prevents or delays ordinary menstrual cycles. As such, the verse covers all of these cases in a general sense. Classical scholars also interpreted the verse to apply to a marriage to a child that has been contracted but not consummated. Such arranged marriages to young people were ordinary in the pre-modern world, so it is expected that jurists would have developed rules for them. Ibn Battal writes: أجمع العلماء على أنه يجوز للآباء تزويج الصغار من بناتهم وإن كن فى المهد إلا أنه لا يجوز لأزواجهن البناء بهن إلا إذا صلحن للوطء The scholars agreed that it is permissible for fathers to marry off their young daughters even if they are in the cradle, except it is not permissible for their husbands to consummate the marriage with them until they are prepared to safely have intercourse. Source: Sharḥ Ṣaḥīḥ al-Bukhārī 7/172 That scholars allowed contracting a marriage to child did not mean they allowed sex with children. Physical maturity and safety were the prerequisites for lawful intercourse. It is important to appreciate that the verse 65:4 does not prescribe child marriage, but rather expresses a general rule that might apply to such a situation if it occurred. Muslim scholars discouraged fathers and guardians from contracting child marriages unless it served a clear interest to all involved. It was an exception, not the rule. Know that Al-Shafi’i and his companions encouraged a father or grandfather not to marry off a virgin girl until she reaches maturity and he obtains her consent, that she may not be trapped with a husband she dislikes. Source: Sharḥ al-Nawawī ‘alá Ṣaḥīḥ Muslim 1422 Child marriages were not recommended by classical scholars even though the social customs of the time did not consider them unusual. They understood that one of the most essential purposes of marriage mentioned in the Quran is to engender love and tranquility between spouses, which cannot be obtained by coercion, force, or harm. Moreover, it was recommended by the Prophet (ṣ) himself that candidates for marriage be of equal or suitable age. Buraida reported: Abu Bakr and Umar, may Allah be pleased with them, offered a marriage proposal to the Prophet’s daughter Fatimah. The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: إِنَّهَا صَغِيرَةٌ She is too young. Source: Sunan al-Nasā’ī 3221, Grade: Sahih Al-Qari provides an interpretation of this tradition, writing: الْمُرَادُ أَنَّهَا صَغِيرَةٌ بِالنِّسْبَةِ إِلَيْهِمَا لِكِبَرِ سِنِّهِمَا وَزَوَّجَهَا مِنْ عَلِيٍّ لِمُنَاسَبَةِ سِنِّهِ لَهَا The meaning is that she was too young to be suitable for the older age of Abu Bakr and Umar, so the Prophet married her to Ali, who was of suitable age. Source: Mirqāt al-Mafātīḥ 6104 Since considering custom is a principle of Islamic law, social customs that are no longer conducive to the Islamic objectives of marriage should no longer be followed and, if necessary, outlawed altogether. For this reason, the vast majority of Muslim countries have imposed an age limit on marriage, usually at or around 18 years of age. Careful study of modern child marriages has revealed startling statistics concerning the detrimental effects this practice has on young boys and girls. Different conditions warrant different rules in Islam, and what might have been appropriate for societies in the past is not necessarily appropriate today. @@env0x Hijab's 'What is a child?' is also a mockery of the system which ignores biology and takes arbitrary ages to measure maturity. In reality when children turn in to adulthood, biology gives its signals. But the system ignores the signs and symptoms and forces the grownups to remain being called a child. Matt says that biology (nature) should be the only barometer to tell gender but not subjective arbitrary emotions. Similarly Hijab argues that maturity of a child should be naturally known from the biological symptoms than the system's set arbitrary age. Hijab's appeal to Matt Walsh and to all the fans of 'What is a Woman?', is therefore 'if you believe biology to be accurate for gender determination, how come you don't apply the same criterion when it comes to maturity of children?' In short, if Matt really believes that gender is not/should not be a social construct as it has a biological reality! then he should reject the socially constructed definition of 'a child' too! and promote the same biological based definition of 'a child'.

There are many Hadith, in English, about Aisha's age they generally state as this Hadith does : "It was narrated from 'Aishah that the Messenger of Allah married her when she was six years old, and consummated the marriage with her when she was nine." Grade: Sahih (Darussalam) Reference : Sunan an-Nasa'i 3255 It is graded as Sahih by some, but that is wrong. These Hadith were transmitted by Hishaam ibn Urwa or sometimes it's just stated Hishaam, one and the same person. When Hishaam grew old his memory suffered very badly and it was then that he transmitted these Hadith. In the science of Hadith there are five conditions that must be met in order for a hadith to be graded as Sahih. One of the conditions is that the narrator have a high precision of memory. Hishaam had a very bad memory and therefore doesn't meet the criteria in fact as his memory was very bad the Hadith is Apocryphal, Daef or false. There is a Hadith transmitted by Umaartubnu Ghazeyah but he is listed as being Daef and therefore the Hadith is Daef. The Hadith such as these are Apocryphal, Daef or false and many people do not know. Asma, Aisha's sister, was 10 years older than Aisha. Asma died in 73 AH at 100. Which makes Aisha around 17 at the time of Hijra to Medina. She was conducted to her husband, Peace be upon him in a later Shawwal making her 19 years and 10 months old. In The Holy Qur'an Allah says "...Marry who seem good to you from THE WOMEN...' 4:3 Marry THE WOMEN NOT CHILDREN. Extra knowledge: The fourth chapter, The Women, starts with "O' Mankind…" 4:1 and therefore the address is to Mankind. In Hadith 10 from 40 Hadith an-Nawawi It is noted that : "Verily Allah commanded The Believers* because He commanded with it The Messengers and Allah said "O' The Messengers Eat from The Good and Act Righteously" and He said "O' Those who Believe* Eat from The Good which We provided you"..." We note that Allah addresses The Messengers separately from The Believers* and this is true throughout the Qur'an. Therefore, Allah begins Chapter 4 with : "O' Mankind…" 4:1 and the address is to Mankind and excludes The Messenger, Muhammad, Peace be upon him. As the chapter continues it still addresses Mankind and says : "...Marry who seem good to you from THE WOMEN...' 4:3 This address is part of the address to Mankind and not to The Messenger Muhammad, Peace be upon him, who is excluded from this address. However, Further along in The Chapter, The Women, Allah says : "Allah wishes to make clear for you and guide you to The Practices of those from before you…" 4:26 In this verse which is still addressing Mankind Allah says He makes clear for you, Mankind, and guides you, Mankind, to The Practices of those from before you, and The practices of those before you is to, as Allah says : "...Marry who seem good to you from THE WOMEN...' 4:3 and those before you are The Prophets. All The Prophets from before their practice was to marry Women NOT children exonerating them from any and all blame. and Allah says : "...Never will you find in The Practice of Allah A Changing…" 35:43 and their other verse from elsewhere in The Quran. And no changing in The Practice of Allah in respect to The messenger of Allah, Muhammad, Peace be upon him. The Prophet Muhammad's practice was already in line with The Practice of The Prophets from before that he and they only married women and therefore it was not necessary to address him,Peace be upon him, when Allah began The Chapter, The Women, with " O' Mankind…". Allah makes clear and guides Mankind to The Practice of those before us namely The Prophets and The Practice of Muhammad, Peace be upon him, in which there was no change in that practice from before to : "...Marry who seem good to you from THE WOMEN...' 4:3 Marry THE WOMEN NOT THE CHILDREN. There is more evidence but it would make this too long.

You are ignoring the European Marriage Pattern which saw the Mean Age of First Marriage for females in the mid-20s from the 1400s. This is even in J. Brown's "Misquoting Muhammed". In 1558-1603 (Elizabethan Era) " The common belief in Elizabethan England was that motherhood before 16 was dangerous; popular manuals of health, as well as observations of married life, led Elizabethans to believe that early marriage and its consummation permanently damaged a young woman's health, impaired a young man's physical and mental development, and produced sickly or stunted children. Therefore, 18 came to be considered the earliest reasonable age for motherhood and 20 and 30 the ideal ages for women and men, respectively, to marry.". Puberty was not relevant for when women married. Women married at 150%-200% of the onset of menarche age for safe motherhood because the pelvic floor and birthcanal in women do not mature until the late teens. So early teen pregnancies are high risk for the girls and the babies.

Europe didn’t have the best science until quit recently in history. Victorians used to consume mummies you know…. Medically, after puberty, younger pregnancies are accepted to be less damaging to the body. And historically the mental and physical maturity of both genders have taken longer and longer to be obtained, the further along time we go. A 9 yr old boy in a war torn country even today is likely more mentally mature than some 30yr old guys now tiktoking as their main gig. And the delaying of physical maturity as time goes by is an established fact. Even today, some regions show very early maturity compared to europe. Lifestyle factors have a lot to do with that. Also in Blackstone’s commentary of England’s laws state that in 1700s, 7 was the age at which a girl could be married off.

Aisha(r.a.) married with Prophet(s.a.v.), when she was around her 18. There are several authentic hadith narrations about the age of certain woman which seems contradicting with each other. And, we can find several examples on these contradictions; 1 - Some narrations says Khadija(r.a.) was 28, some says 40, during her marriage 2 - Some narrations says Aisha(r.a.) was 9, some imply she was 17, during her marriage 3 - Some narrations says Esma(r.a.) died when she was 100, some says around 90s ... So, all these authentic hadiths seem contradicting with each other due to an old Arab tradition: in the absence of a standard calendar, Arab society took certain important events as a milestone for their life, and they referred them when they need to count years. ARAB WOMEN USED TO COUNT THEIR AGES STARTING FROM THE FIRST TIME THEY OBSERVE MENSTURATION, since that is relatively important event for their life. You can find more information, and authentic references from a book written to only address this issue; "HZ. AISE KAC YASINDA EVLENDI" by Researcher Dr. Resit Haylamaz. Just like the miracle birth of isa alai Salam. The marriage of mother Aisha rali also exceptional. Especially It's not mandatory to marry a young girl . Btwn do check about world's youngest mother who gave birth to a child at the age of 5 .

This is so disgusting! How can anyone defend pedophilia and rape and even be okay with associating it with our Prophet PBUH. It’s a Hadith written by men 200 years after our Prophet PBUH to even defend himself. It’s not the word of Allah written in the Quran. The Quran doesn’t promote pedophilia or rape or that bs most of you men like to believe about sex slaves. Granted there are some good Hadiths but some of them are so nonsensical and contradictory to the Quran, so anyone with any sense would use reason as suggested in the Quran to not follow nonsense and slander our Prophet PBUH.

*17:11* Whoever rejects this rejects human history and is also a fool when it comes to history Marriage later than puberty marked the lower classes and poor financial ability in ancient Europe, while The upper classes and wealthy merchants etc tended to marry younger as they had the means to house themselves and provide for a family at a younger age. The legal age of consent to marriage was twelve for girls and fourteen for boys, though betrothal might be arranged at a younger age by ambitious parents. Lady Margaret Beaufort (Countess of Richmond and Derby), mother of Henry VII of England, married as a seven *7* year old girl Queen Isabella of Valois, daughter of Charles VI of France, married Richard II of England as a second wife when she was six *6* years old girl The problem is that scientists say: "There was no such thing as adolescence, And our generation now has adolescence that continues to the age of 25, And It increases generation after generation"

Full history includes that the risk of harm to a 9 year old was serious enough to have made intercourse with 9 year olds illegal. Minor Marriage in Early Islamic Law, Carolyn G. Baugh, LEIDEN | BOSTON, 2017 "Middle Persian civil law allowed marriage at age nine, provided that consummation wait until age twelve." “Byzantine law required that a girl attain the age of thirteen before contract-ing a marriage. Whether she would have consented to the marriage or not prior to this age is deemed immaterial as she would have no legally viable consent to give. All parties to a marriage needed to issue consent, including the groom, the bride, and her parents. In cases where a girl consented to intercourse prior to marriage it was assumed that she consented to the marriage itself and the families would then arrange it. However, if that intercourse occurred prior to the age of thirteen, the groom would meet with the law’s most serious punish-ments due to the girl’s assumed legal inability to consent." They had made it illegal because the medical risks were known. This study by a sunni shows that the medical risks were known. CHILD MARRlAGE IN ISLAMIC LAW, By Aaju. Asbraf Ali, THE INSTITUTE OF ISLAMIC STUDIES MCGILL UNIVERSITY, MONTREAL, CANADA, August, 2000 pp 106-107 “Medical Consequences of Child Marriage Modem Medicine shows that childbirth for females below the age of seventeen and • above forty leads to greater maternal mortality as well as infant mortality ... The closer a woman is to menarche, the greater the risk to both mother and child, as well as to the mother's future child bearing capabilities, for the reproductive system has not completely matured when ovulation begins". …… Another problem seen more often among underprivileged women is that they develop fistulae which is often due to the pelvis not having fully formed. This can be caused by a complicated pregnancy or having intercourse at a very young age.28. This leads the girl or woman to have permanent damage and often she is shunned by her family and community (4). ……... Knowledge of medical complications involved with early marriage cannot be considered "new" findings. Ancient and Medieval Medicine texts indicate that doctors were well aware of the physical harm posed to girls by early marriages and pregnancies. ……..In fact, not only doctors of Medicine but other scholars in Most societies had a clear understanding that intercourse should not take place before the menarche. Hesiod suggested marriage in the fifth year after puberty, or age nineteen, and Plato in the Laws mandated from sixteen to twenty years of age, and in the Republic he gave the age as twenty. Aristotle specifically warned against early childbearing for women as a cause of small and weak infants and difficult and dangerous labor for the mother, and the Spartans avoided it for just those reasons.” So the risk of mortality and fistula was clearly known in Muhammed’s time. That is why Muhammed can be rejected for his behaviour. .

the example for Christians is Jesus. The Bible is very clear: There are ceremonial laws, ritual laws and moral laws. The Bible says we shouldn't eat mouse, but this is for taking care of the body. You are not going to hell for that. Jesus came for fullfill a new covenant, the promised since Genesis. Jesus came to explain and fullfill the heart of the law. Nothing has changed, the old Testament laws are not essential for salvation, because of this Jesus came :for saving through undeserved grace. Nobody can obey 100% the law. A real believer tries hard but can't. Salvation is for Grace. Killing is wrong, marrying a 6 years old also, it's disgusting

We have three authentic narration of how old aisha radiallahuanha may have been number one 6 and 9 hadith then the 7 and 10 hadith and last she was a playfull young girl when verse of surah najm was revealed while that narration does still make the 6 and 7 hadith option possible many scholars said that the age of 3 4 wouldnt be a age a child would remmeber this accurately and her description of playful young girl puts her more in the zone of 5 or 6 when this happened meaning she was 6 to 9 when she got engaged to the prophet salallahualayuwasallam 9 to 12 when she got married to the prophet salallahualayuwasallam and 10 to 13 when she moved into the house of prophet salallahualayuwasallam She couldve been any of those ages mentioned somehting that was known to be common in those days ali radiallahuanhu we have narrations thay say he was 6 when prophethood began and 9 when prophethood began 3 year gap same as aisha radiallahuanha uthman radiallahuanhu his age is also put in a gap of 3 years fatima radiallahuanha has a bigger difference which has some narrations claiming she was born 5 years before prophethood or 5 years after prophethood started both unikely to the more likely correct opinion that she was born in the year of prophethood or a year after prophethood so she has a age difference of 10 years from the 5 year narration As for dolls as the brother said toys dolls even a 14 year old still plays with them both in todays time and past but we known some children at young age stop playing with toys example fatima. Radiallahuanha was known to be more serious from 6 to 10 in comparison to aisha radiallahuanha hence she wouldnt play with toys or hang out with friends as she felt she needed to support her father she also saw her father get beaten up sahaba get beaten up hence her mindset was very different to aisha radiallahuanha Bpth were of same similar age and their relationship of sisterly friendship identifies their great relatonship and bond

Hijab although I respect the work you do defending islam on this issue you have made a massive mistake. The scholars who defend the hadtih have to do so in profound error of the Qur'an. The Qur'an is Al-Furqan and Absloute Truth that Judges the hadith not the hadtih that judges rhe Qur'an. In the Qur'an Nikkah which permits sexual intercourse is ONLY to a WOMAN! The Qur'an defines what a woman is so we don't need Hijab or any other scholars define it because the Qur'an explains it well without the need for external reasoning. Submit the interlect to the reasoning of the Qur'an. Some people use a solitary verse in the Qur'an to justify the Hadith to marry a girl of 9 or 6 Surah At Talaq 65:4: such of your women as have passed the age of monthly menstral cycles, for them them the prescribed period.... For those who have no menstral courses it is the same.... Such a woman who doesn't have her monthly menses either be one of two things. 1. She has not reached the age of puberty hence a child of 9 Or 2. A woman who suffers from abnormal menseses Which of the two is the Qur'an refering to? The Qur'an defines Nisa as Harth meaning a field which is ploughed so that seed can be planted with the hope that they will fertilise to grow and and produce crop: Al-Baqarah, 2: 223 ...your women are your Harth meaning tilth or field: go, then unto your tilth as you may desire... So for a girl to become a Nisa woman eligible for sex she must reach the age of puberty because only at this age her womb biologically develops into the Harth or a field ready for cultivation. Prior to that age she is a child who's womb cannot be cultivated since no seed can ever be fertilized and grow. This is further reinforced in Al-Nisa, 4:3 ... the orphan (girl), you can marry those from amongst them who have become women... So you can marry orphan girls only when they reach the age of puberty making them into women. In addition to puberty Al-Nisa, 4: 6 ... you have to test the orphans until they reach the age of Nikah (woman). So, if you determine she is mentally mature give her inheritance to her. Therefore, if in addition to puberty a woman who reaches the age or nikkah must also be mentally mature. It is unequivocal the hadith in sahih Al bukhari that declared the prophet's marriage to a six or nine years according to other narrations is in manifest conflict with the Qur'an. Therefore, it is a FALSEHOOD! and FABRICATION! Those who defend the hadith should have the integrity to declare it is a sunnah to marry a six or a nine year old child and that they themselves prepared and to apply this sunnah, since Allah Most High declared in Al-Ahzab, 33: 21 ... That the conduct of the blessed prophet is the best example of human conduct. In addition according to the school of fiqh if a sunnah is left to die then the entire ummah is responsible for neglecting the sunnah and therfore, sinful. The scholars who defend this hadith should explain why Nobody including them is willing to follow this sunnah and elevate the burden of sin that is upon the ummah. If the scholars say this was only exclusive for the prophet like him having more than four wives then this is the clear exception given by Allah in the Qur'an. Then, be careful not to attribute a lie to Allah in your sham attempt to defend the hadith literature as Allah has not said this. Therefore, to attribute to the prophet that which you cannot defend or follow yourself is a blatant lie against the prophet that you will have explain on judgement day to the prophet when you reach Al-kawthar.

here i will give answer why Mohammad marriage with Aisha is not a bad thing but a good thing so here we will break this into different angle of attack happen: marrying a nine year old is wrong : bro that was 1400 year ago they are not living for fun but for survival and mortality rate was like 25-30 years and lot of child are not able to make it till 20 even if you look Mohammad's child so only one child crossed her 20 , and 10 of his son and daughter did not make it before 20 so if you think it was just culture so it's not, rather than it was a necessary thing to do to increase population ,and population was a big thing at that time otherwise you will be annihilated in war , and 9 year old girl of 1400 ago is different than todays 9 year old girl they are more exposed to society so phycology and physically they are ready to marry at young age. so whenever parents see that their child are ready to marry so they fix their child marriage. The only consent was asked to girl if she ready to marry a guy or not. so Mohammad was 52 years old and Aisha was 9 years old : so first thing which needed to be clear that Mohammad did not ask for marriage but Aisha's aunt sent proposal to marry prophet with Aisha, so denying the marriage would be more wrong because of age because it would send a message that person cannot marry young child which would be disastrous for population growth because everybody have to reproduce before you die and now Aisha R.A knew she is going to marry prophet and she accepted the proposal and marriage was done between them . so do that mean prophet is Muslim role model so they also should be marry a girl at young age: no we don't have to , Prophet used to ride horses that doesn't mean that we also have to ride horses now , prophet used to do use different medication when he got injured so that does not mean that we also have to to that , so now Muslim have pretty guideline which prophet also followed which is girls physically , mentally should be ready for marriage and in today's time these condition are set on age of girl like 16 or 17 which is legal age of marriage which is also for Muslim . Now I will tell you why it's a good thing: its a good thing for Muslim because. Aisha was great scholar and she produced very authentic hadith and Aisha is the only wife who provided hadith through which ummah get to know personal thing about prophet because that what only wife can know. She lives 47 years after prophet death and she provided a lot of knowledge for Islam through her whole life even once she thinks that things are not according to Muslim than she waged a war , even Muslim women can learn from prophet wife what are the rights are given to Muslim women because she tends to be very debative women , from hadith we can see there are many times that Aisha debated with prophet and if you look her life you get to know that she was not oppressed at all as shown by people .

Benefits of marriage of rasulullah salallahualayuwasallam and aisha radiallahuanha Firstly we found out what the correct criteria for marriage is its not about being 18 16 12 all ages used in west rather it is about a women puberty physical mental maturity and readyness to get married regardless the age womenhood is based on puberty and physical mental development not age alone a 12 year old still may not hit puberty yet a 9 year old may have hit puberty and her mentality will be different to the girl who hasnt gone through puberty due to hormones and mental boost along with physical development Before going to the next part response to even some muslim is that she was not 18 19 at marriage infact she couldnt have been anything older then 12 at marriage so those muslim trying to impress the west you need to fix yourself according to three authentic narrations her age was 6 to 9 at engagement 9 to 12 at marriage and 10 to 13 when she moved in with the prophet salallahualayuwasallam she wouldnt have been anything younger or older those are the possiboe ages, in those days age dispute was common, fatima radiallahuanha the daughter of prophet salallahualayuwasallam narrations show she was born 5 years before or 5 years after prophethood both these are unlikely the more agreed possible date of her birth is born on the year of the prophethood or a year after prophethood had started her husband ali radiallahuanhu its said he was 6 9 or 10 when prophethood began so theres a 4 year gap in his age, uthman radiallahuanhu had a 3 year difference for his year of birth you will see for many sahaba their age is slightly disputed but we have a rough idea on how old they couldve been but no doubt she was nothing older then 12 at marriage and 9 minimum Second benefit of her young marriage was she was of a similar or same age as fatima radiallahuanha the daughter of prophet salallahualayuwasallam depending on which narrations you accept, when she moved in with the prophet salallahualayuwasallam he moved fatima in the same house as aisha radiallahuanha where she quickly became friends with her and would remain close to her even after the prophet salallahualayuwasallam death, also she aisha radiallahuanha got the best of examples to follow there was prophet of allah the best of creation and there was the daughter of the prophet who was one of the four perfect women, she aisha radiallahuanha living with these two great people was a great learning experiance for her in every way she saw how their relationship was their manners good behaviour and in fatima radiallahuanha she had a women to look upto for all this Last benefit to mentioned she lived upto her 60s or 70s where she narrated the second most hadith of sahaba and spread knowledge

Prophet Muhammed's enemies spread false narration about Aisha being nine or six years old, but Muhammad himself was never quoted as stating anything like this. It is from those unreliable sources that we hear about Muhammad marrying a young girl of nine named Aisha, when in essence, Aisha was nineteen at the time of betrothal. (The only thing that makes sense is that Allah intentionally allows a lie like this to spread about our prophet because He does not want certain groups of evil people to accept Islam so those Islamophobics use this excuse not to become Muslim, but Allah knows best.) Prophet Muhammad had no reported scandals in his youth, and at the age of 25, he married an elderly widow named Khadeejah. It is obvious that he did not marry her for sexual gratification but for love and mutual respect. Of all the accusations laid against Muhammad, his critics love to accuse him of pedophilia. They say that Muhammad was a pedophile or a child molester because he allegedly married a young girl. This accusation is made to de-legitimize the authority of prophet Muhammad as a moral and spiritual guide. So, Islam-bashers and Muslim-haters have a field day when they play the pedophilia card in a debate. Arab historians say Aisha was sixteen years old at the time of betrothal and was married at the age of nineteen, but that the prophet never consummated any of his marriage beside the first marriage with the noble older woman.

Bending over backwards to protect Bukhari's book instead of defending our Prophet. Absolutely disgusting.

I don’t know about you but these are actually very powerful arguments. There’s no bending over backwards. We are actually putting the critics on the back foot and showing how absurd and ahistorical their claims are. If you can’t see that, then you are basically affirming their analysis of the Hadith before rejecting it, in which case you must be incorrect as well.

@@Kimeikus leave them bro if they still don’t understand after all these lectures and answers, as Allah says in the Quran, there is a veil over their hearts. They will continue their arrogance until they meet their Lord. Don’t waste breath on these fools. Plenty of sincere non Muslims looking for the truth

@@UmerKhan-zy2sg Exactly bro They’re not even engaging with anything that’s being said, they’re just throwing out silly emotional arguments like: “you won’t defend the honor of prophet” and other nonsense about the authenticity of the Hadith. Imagine thinking that the prophet’s honor is dictated by how well he adhered to a 21st Century European man’s opinion as to what constitutes as a child. That sounds way more like bending over backwards if you ask me.

i agree. if anyone actually looked into the controversies of hadiths then they would know how hypocrticial they are.

from verse 4 of Surah 65. In this verse, it says: “And as to such of your women as have despaired of menstruation, if you be in doubt thereof, their waiting period is three months, as also of those who have not yet menstruated. And as to those who are pregnant, their term is when they give birth.”

My guy, if a grown man is attracted to children that's not ok. Did he have sex with her at 9, because I know damn well you can't justify that.

Yes, that is the proposition - Mohammed married her at 6 years old and then consummated at 9 yrs.

You clearly didn't watch this video probably because of inability to learn and listen. Like I said, if you watched this video you would know Hijab points out the difference between how people in the middle ages view what a Child is compared to what people like us today view what a Child is. In this day and age, we consider someone who is below the age of consent a child and age of consent wasn't a thing in medieval times. If you look at the history of western countries such as England you would know girls back in the days would get married between 10-12, so would you condemn them, no you only have a gender against Islam.

@@Deathninja-et4hz Doesn't give anyone the right lmao. If god is all knowing and hte prohpet is the messenger, then why would he tell him to marry a child, regardless of the time period? Does god not know all? I love the falwed logic you guys bring up every time. ok so it was "normal" back then but now we know this is very wrong to do, yet god didn't know this? There is a reason that this stuff has been outlawed. Girls weren't magically more mature or become adults at nine years old thousands of years ago. They were children like the ones we see today. If morality is objective then your supposed god should know that. We didn't just make laws and give harsh punishments to people who still do this kind of stuff for no reason.
