I remember a few patches ago you could give buildings movement speed in the scenario editor, but couldn't order them to move. Glad we can now have what I wanted to do back then. The tc is probably so buggy because it's 4 different buildings in a trench coat.

Easiest solution to most bugs is probably to make only certain buildings move.

Think the speed is tied to the size of the building. That's why the castle moves slow as turtle while walls and towers are fast
