Press F for Haldir. Boy, it is such a sweet sadness everytime when this mod run outs of campaigns. Last year i played through fellowship of the ring. A month ago this mod got an update alongside two towers campaign, i played it through in 2 days and once again that sense of emptiness after this campaign ended. Hopefully there's going to be a finale to this story.
Awaiting their arrival while finishing your formation, hearing that breeze is just cozy and scary at the same time. Thats what I love about helms deep, I don't feel the same weird cozy scariness from other ward
The things I would give to see a BFME single player map of Helm's Deep based on the book. With the Deeping Coomb and Helm's Dike. The location in the novel is richer in landscaping and geography compared to the Jackson version. But I'm not sure if the maps available from EA are large enough to contain all the features from the book. Still, it's an awesome map!
Was trying to figure out what I was missing from the "experience". Threw on the Battle of Helms Deep tracks from the film and daaaaang did this feel 1039802394 times more epic! Thanks for uploading these!

I don't know why but I want a redemption arc for Wulfgar and his men in return of the king, I can Imagine him going to Theoden offering his sword while saying something like "allow me to restore my honor, Let us fight at your side against the Shadow".
Just went through both campaigns and hoping for a return of the king campaign soon from the team. Only issue with this map is the crashing but saving round every corner helps there.
When I first played this map I wasn’t sure if they would follow the book or movies, so I didn’t know if the elves would be in it, thankfully they were lol
ok i have some questions, i just got bfme2 and seeing this mod everywhere! is age of the ring for bfme2? and what exactly is it? is it a complete overhaul? new units? would love a bit of an explanation as i am eager to experience the best BFME2 possible! thanks :D
This is a mod that adds a better quality in the texture and also adds new factions. It also adds a lot of new maps for play and a campaign. This mod runs into the rise of the witch kign expansion for BFME 2. That would be amazing but since EA lost the game rights i don't think we will ever see a BFME 3 game. Actually Reforged is gonna be the best thing we can wait for
They did a really good job with this mod. Unfortunately all my saves crash when I load them and I can't beat it in one sitting in *Hard* I keep on forgetting a battering ram or a bomb. -_-
@@theguyoftheeast1941 I've made about 20 saves in this map alone, saved every 2 minutes hoping the if the last doesn't work one of the previous ones will but to no avail. It has something to do with the amount of troops in the battlefield I believe. Problems start after the siege begins. I tried lowering the graphics too but didn't help. I'm playing on a 1080ti anyway.

Hey can i ask.....any advice on how to stop this mission crashing?? All the others have been spectacular up till this point with no issues but as soon as i begin the latter part "The defence of the gate it crashes into oblivion!! Any thoughts??

How do you make the game run so smoothly? With modern pc's there should be no problem, yet on my pc it straight up slogs. Running an i7 and GTX1060 with 16gb ram so no issues hardware wise.

you need to play the first movie campaign, and once you have complete it you will see the following missions are from the TT campaign. You can also put the save file form the last mission so you won't have to play all of them
Nice to see the new campaign but bro the way you play make me crazy 1/3 mouse Klicks was useless and while your cavalry is runnig you klick 10 timmes on the same point ?!?
