Fantastic! Hits all the important points, including that ageism is discrimination against our own future selves, doubly affects women, and is the first form of prejudice the average white man encounters. Bravo, Nicola!

Abbiamo bisogno di questa consapevolezza. Io personalmente sono ossessionata dall’invecchiamento da qualche anno ed é praticamente il mio pensiero fisso. Fa davvero schifo sentirsi male per qualcosa che non dipende da me.

Essere ageista vuol dire essere autolesionista, perché tutti siamo o eravamo giovani e tutti siamo o diventeremo (a meno che la iella non ci colga prima) anziani.

Valid now. But be ready for the new prejudice, against young people, in the new world where the health and fitness that currently belongs exclusively to the young, is available to all ages. In the new world, being young will be associated most strongly with inexperience, immaturity and lack of wisdom. It is coming.
