Agents of Shield 4x15 REACTION!! "Self Control" 

The switch between Fitz begging for his life and then strangling Jemma was brilliant! The scene where Daisy quaked Jemma and they were really tense, but then just fell into a sobbing hug... WOW, this episode.

Hands down, the best episode of the show. I tip my hat to Jed Whedon, who directed and wrote this episode. My jaw dropped at the end. Looking forward to the next episode!

that smooth transition when fitz stopped crying and stabbed Simmons made me go "OH HOLY FUCK SHIT JUST GOT REAL!!!!!"

I love that shot, when Jemma is stabbing Robot-Fitz and her hand goes over the screen and his face changes. Literally freaked me out the first time I saw it.

Being with Ward isn't because of Daisy regretting. The Framework wasn't calibrated to fix her regret. Aida needed to restart the Framework each time someone was added to calibrate it to their regret also.She hacked her way in. She basically stepped into the life of her NPC in that world

Hey Aaron, you know how you said that one SHIELD agent looks like she's in Supergirl? Well she is hahahaha. She works on both shows.

Diasy and Jemma were not accounted for in the 'regret' factor of the simulation, because they were never fully scanned. I mean, I *_really_* doubt that Jemma's greatest regret was "being alive."

Without Coulson joining S.H.I.E.L.D. I have to imagine the Avengers would never have been formed. Since he, and his 'death', was instrumental to their formation, meaning HYDRA is now in control.

Briana Venskus, who played Agent Piper in this episode of Agents of shield also plays D.E.O Agent, Agent Vasquez on Supergirl. Side note, she also plays Beatrice from Oceanside on The Walking Dead. :)

Daisy doesn't have any regrets of hers reset because she didn't get to the Framework via AIDA, she hacked into it, replacing the avatar of herself with her own consciousness. At least, that's what I saw on Tumblr lol

4 years later and I can definitely say this is the greatest episode of AoS.

Fitz's acting in that episode and switch of emotions is hands down some of the best acting i've ever seen on tv... holy smokes

I was waiting for Eric's reaction to the room full of Chloe Bennet.... he did not disappoint (Same for the HIGHLY spine chilling 'blink & you miss it' shift from LMD-Fitz as he's being stabbed). Best episode of AoS. Period. Heart-breaking, terrifying, chilling, tense, amazing... I love this show.

Coulson is the center of everything. In the Framework it shows how life would be had they not made these decisions. Hydra is in control. May is at ease with a fighting purpose despite the organisation ect ect.

Don't worry...they also released a teaser with Brett Dalton. Ward will be back. Ha, loved the reaction to the bunch of Daisies. I know you would love this. Fitz is in the shot with the four LMD's too, he is just in the background because he went through the detector directly after the other three.

Coulson's regret: joining SHIELD (caused not meeting May, not bringing The Avengers together, not meeting Skye, not destroying Hydra, not killing Ward & so on). Mack's regret: not being to save his daughter Fitz's regret: not being smart enough for his father Mace's regret: ? May's regret: not being able to save Katya? leaving Andrew? Simmons & Daisy's regrets have nothing to do with where they are. AIDA populated the framework & base on their (Mace, Mack, Coulson, Fitz & May's) regrets. Then the world spiralled out of control where Hydra won. Daisy hacked into the framework & put themselves into wherever their avatars were in the world.

Oh crap i just realized that the device that Fury (and some of the Avengers) uses in winter soldier to escape his car was invented by Fitz. Think it was called the mouse hole. So if Fitz never worked for Shield in the framework universe and never invented that then that means Fury, Cap, Natasha ect were killed by Hydra. Maybe that was part of the reason Hydra has taken over?

This is hands down the best episode I’ve ever watched of this show, so fucking emotional.

Mace is the only person we didn't see in the framework montage, we don't know where he is, I think he's the Captain America of this Framework reality, and I think he's gonna end up sacrificing his life to save the team, just like Steve did when he crashed the plane into the ocean, I think Mace is either gonna stay behind in the framework to hold back the baddies while the rest of the team escapes out a la Hodor and his hold the door moment, or they all wake up from the Framework but Mace stays behind to crash the submarine they're on while the team escapes

The whole HYDRA situation is because in the framework, Coulson was never an agent. And the show has been telling us how integral he is to the events that started the MCU

I had an idea after watching some reactions of earlier episodes. I think that the Framework is drawing power and/or energy from the "Dark Realm" (or whatever that place was that Coulson and Fitz were stuck in). All the information to build the Framework came from the Darkhold, which seems to be connected to the Dark Realm. So I think that will be a way to possibly bring back Ghostrider and connect it all the way to the start of the season.

THIS was the episode that I realised just how good Shield had gotten and how much I was into it. 1-3 were good for the most part but s4 is something else entirely.

This episode was amazing! Loved Daisy and Jemma moments, Daisy's fight scene was so cool, LMD May made me cry and the end scenes were crazy! Can't wait for the next episode! Great reaction!

The android said so in the episode. Mack: That he lost his daughter. May: The little girl in Bahrain - why she hails Hydra after that is beyond me, though. Daisy: That she didn't get closer to Ward, maybe to turn him away from Hydra? Simmons: That she allowed Fitz to die for her when they were trapped in the cargo container under water. So she died instead in the framework. Fitz: Euhm...

The door detector thing wasn't an option. First of all the detector was on earlier door not the one in the room. Lets say Simmons knew she was not LMD and that Fitz was. If they had gone out to find that detector (neither of them knew exactly where it was) Fitz could have just alarmed the orher LMDs. Simmons was trapped and desperate and how it ended was the best possible outcome for her.

I think there were multiple Daisies so that Aida could experiment with equipping it with her quake powers. That way, if it went wrong or didn't work, then they could try with the next, and then the next, until they perfected the technique.

How far this show has come. Couldn't be bothered to watch it in the beginning and now it's my favorite comic book show, period. I hope Inhumans is even half as good as this show has become.

This is my favourite episode of shield now. Shield always seems to surprise me by pumping out alright episodes and then out of nowhere having incredible ones like this, something other comic book shows aren't really doing right now.

it's not part of the program everywhere, it's that the program is simultaneously powered by devices everywhere so they can't trace it to a single location because it's always bouncing around. the program is in one place, it's not everywhere, it simply draws power from everywhere else.

This was the first time I actually predicted something right 😂😂 a couple of us were thinking that Daisy wasn't an LMD cause I just had a weird feeling about them being able to get her when she has her gauntlets on. Also Fitz MADE the scanner so I was thinking he could easily change the results. Aida said at the end that 4 people were in the framework but that could meant overall. I'm literally so happy I got it right 😂😁

Maybe they're going for a Buffy moment with Simmons waking up in a coffin. But why even make an Avatar of Simmons if she was going to be put in the ground where no one will ever see her? Was this digital copy just being stored there until Aida got the real Simmons uploaded into the Framework? And if she is meant to be dead in the Framework, who was in the car with Fitz? A relative? A new employer? A new love? Also, why is May standing inside a Hydra building? Is she being made to play the part of a double agent in order to keep her mind occupied? And wow, the Superior must feel weird to see his head sitting on a table. Could you imagine going away somewhere and worrying that someone back at the base is about to smash your head in? He's probably going to be even more paranoid after this. Haha. Anyway, what an amazing episode! The fight between Daisy and LMD!Mace was very impressive, and what a brilliant sacrifice from the May LMD. Such a sad moment, but beautiful. Speaking of sad and beautiful moments: FitzSimmons! These two have the most tense and emotional interactions on the show and I never tire of them. The scene where she stabs him over and over again was horrifying. I wonder what Fitz would have done if she had been the LMD. I know he shot LMD!Radcliffe in the head without even blinking, but to kill something that looks and behaves like Simmons... I think he would have struggled with that. He would have taken her down, of course, but I imagine he would have been very upset about it. Just look at how upset Simmons was over it. She looked traumatized! That poor woman... I hope she can find the real Fitz and save him so they can be together again. Thanks for another entertaining reaction, Blind Wave! :)

Its possible that there could be an episode for each connected agent and how they're found and persuaded that all is not what it seems. That way we get to explore the network.

Too lazy to read the comments to see if this has been answered, but the Daisy LMDs were supposed to meet all the inhumans across the world at once and kill all of them at the same time so that if one escaped, they didn't have time to warn the others.

Aaron was right. The Shield agent is the same actress as the DEO agent from Supergirl. She was also in the 'Swear' episode of Walking Dead.

I just can't believe how much better the shows have become this season, agents of shield, supergirl, the flash, legends of tomorrow and arrow are on point, and is it just me or did they change legends airing schedule to after flash so that it would be on later? just seems like since then every episode has been much darker/bloodier.
