Agents of Shield Recap and Review Show - Season 3 Epsidoe 8 "Many Heads, One Tale" 

I couldn't even finish this recap episode because Aaron fucking looks EXACTLY like my ex and it was tripping me out lol. She's even just as annoying as my ex too.

Hunter's line to cover up how slowly he was typing was so funny ,"I'm just helping your sluggish code keep up"

Seriously crushing on Arron with each and every week...... BUT to the topic at hand, GREAT EPISODE!!!! Prolly the best one yet.

Will (JoeHandsomeAstronaut) will be save by Fitz at the end of the season, just to have him turn out to have been replaced by this All-Powerful Evil Inhuman (in his shape). The real Will has been gone/dead since the time Simmons was pulled out.

Maybe all of the bad Arrow and Flash love triangles, and the upcoming love square on Supergirl have desensitized me, but I'm okay with the love triangle here. At least instead of dancing around things and never talking honestly for an entire season, they laid it all out pretty quickly.

Will brings up a great point about Ward. At some point you have to know when to kill characters off. One of the problems of Heroes is that they kept making up reasons to keep Sylar on the show and that was a big problem because as great as Sylar was he ceased to have any real reason to be there anymore. Ward could potentially get to the point where his story is done and if that happens he needs to die or written off in some way.

Another great episode!!! Love the Coulson/Rosalind scene, Fitz/Simmons scene (YES THEY KISSED!!!), Ward bad ass scene, and love how they brought back Daisy's hacking skills again. So good. =D =D =D

Without a doubt, the best goddamn show on television. AoS takes it to another level every week! #Coulsonlives baby!!

-Aaron is AWESOME. It is nice having a real person with real opinions expressing herself. -Truly surprised that AOS gets to reveal the true origins of Hydra. I would have thought that would be reserved for the MCU -Will is really Ego playing Gema. He read her mind when she got to the planet saw she and Fitz were genius level Geeks. He gave her what she needed to survive while she worked out the math. For some reason he cannot come through the portal yet. -Fitz is making the most epic "FriendZone" recovery of all time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! -Bobbie and Hunter are going to kick major butt on their own show. -Mac is now "Black Axe" in my mind forever. He has said he wants an axe with a built in shotgun... -Not feeling Daisy-Lincoln Great show once again.

SPOILER!: Hydra's first main head was a PLANET!?!?

I wasn't surprised about Powers Boothe's Gideon Malick was one and the same from Marvel's Avengers (2012) one of the leaders from the World Security Council. .

I am going to say this is by far my favorite episode of the season all storylines came together THE MOTHER EFFING FITZSIMMONS AS ALWAYS, May apologized and recognized that Lincoln had a right to be mad, Bobby getting back into the field, Hydra all of it just great stuff here

Arron Fenton seems to want people to discuss her in the comments more than the show itself. I dont like giving negative feedback but it seems like the only thing shes bringing to the recap show is attention to herself.

Ward is Hellfire, in the comics he had a crush on Daisy and turned out to be HYDRA. It's him! Also, points to Arron for saying 'Hands of the Mandarin'. I don't know if she even saw what she did there...

Ward's Storyline really improved when the revelation of him being Part of Hydra was kind of the saving grace for his character.

Wow Roslyn got played was a surprise. Malick was using Roslyn as a means to an end in a way. Malick want's to create his own version of HYDRA in the form of Inhumans. It was great seeing Mark Dacaocos from Hawaii Five O as an Inhuman with Telekinetic powers.

Fitz dropped it on Jemma! You go boee!

i watch the recap show of "The Flash", The Arrow", "Supergirl" and "AOS", and i think this crew has the best chemistry.

Question.....does Fenton know how much disdain the guys have for her. Macuga was killing me with the 15 seconds, 20 seconds stuff. They have done a pretty good job at putting up with her kid-like, total fan girl tendencies but tonight Josh wasn't having it. And then all her crappiness she adds snorting to mix. Is she for real or an act????.....But besides moving Fenton and all over the top hypothesis she's always throwing against the wall and wasting 5 mins of our time.....props to Josh and his Fitz impersonations, they're hilarious....I was rolling.

Guys Agents Of Shield is delivering one hell of a season but I'm not getting that feel when I watch this recap show. Arron is useless that goes without saying but when Campea talks about Flash he loves it and conveys it. If you guys feel the same way about this show then instead of making fun of every aspect of it let us know how much you like it. I think that's on Will and it's not happening.

I think it was less Asian Magneto and more Telekinetic Iron Chef.

I know Michael doesn't want them all to get superpowers but it's pretty clear the Marvel TV universe isn't getting the Avengers anytime soon and the things they are facing now isn't exactly in the realm of possibility of regular people being able to face... So Coulson having his own personal Avengers squad would be a great answer for this show. So I still stand by my theory of Mack being Black Axe... They might just take a few liberties of humanizing him a bit. Just remember Mack survived that fall into the pit of the Kree/Inhuman temple.. He also caught that huge beam when they was attempting to open the monolith. All this along with Gordon's comment about him being different from the others would imply that he isn't just a human or Inhuman. Just a thought. P.S. That Axe/Gun is sweet..haha.

This recap show just jumped the Flash to my favorite of the 6!

Best episode of the season, hands down!

The way this recap episode ended was just hilarious comedy for me. Man I couldn't stop laughing. After 41:23 was just good stuff. The snorting. And then A-aron, "...that fuken mustache. It's killin' me." Cut to Macuga with his speechless reaction and look on his face. That was golden.

Why do you think that the inhuman hunter fights controlled metal? perhaps he simply has telekinesis

Some possible First Inhuman choices: 1. Randac (the comic book first inhuman who discovered and subjected himself to the Terrigen mists) 2. Gral (An inhuman leader who subjected all Inhumans to the Terrigen mist involuntarily during a reign of terror) 3. The Living Monolith (AKA Ahmet Abdol- a mutant (er...inhuman?) with powers similar to Sebastian Shaw who later absorbed enough energy to become a living planet.) 4. The aforementioned Ego (He's from "The Black Galaxy"; has energy absorption and psionic powers; He's also a small planet and can manifest as anything he can think of on his surface including perhaps astronaut dementors or hallucinations of the same) Taskmaster is a good possibility for Ward once his Hydra days are played out. Perhaps he has his mind wiped like Mr. Hyde and something goes wrong with the process that grants him photographic reflexes yet limits his long term memory to a week or two.

1) Bobbis magnetchips is clearly a reference to Caps new stark-tech in AoU. 2) Powers Boothes character was stated as the same as the one in The Avengers for the first time in the show. (this wasn't actually certainty - for exemple - Enver Gjokaj had played two different characters in MCU) 3) Mark Dacascos inhuman powers doesn't has to be magnetism, it could instead be telekinesis. 4) Fitz could be the The Avengers own "Q". Dump Simmons and move over to the movies!

The axe has significance to Coulson, so he kept it. It's the axe used to cut off his hand, saving his life and changing it forever.

The magnetic Batons was just amazing. That really a good advantage to Bobby Morse.

I don't think that Will could be the first inhuman because Gideon said that they've never been able to bring someone back, assuming that he wasn't lying about how he got the the planet.

I'm not a big fan of Arron personally.....she seems like an awesome and fun person to be around but, her theories are so far fetched that it takes away from the show itself. also, personal review on each episode don't bring much to the discussion but confusion. But, that is just me and from what I see she seems like a really great person but every time she talks about something it kind of interrupts the flow of the show. I'm really hoping that changes because I do feel she really could bring good discussion to the show. Other than that love the show and keep up the great work!

The moments of Garner in the specialized Prison Cell and then Ward regarding Garner's transformation and wanting Garner to turn into Lash felt straight out The Hulk (2003) where Talbot was very interested in The Hulk and use him as a means to make profit.

Ummm I didn't think that hydra agent had magnetic powers. i thought it was telekinesis.

Arron reminds me of Michael Scott from the office. A lot of awkward tension slicing moments. Very entertaining. You guys can complain all you want I'm pretty sure she's not going anywhere lol

Every now and then I hear Will Link speak and think, this just cannot be this dude's real voice lol

The scene I like more was Jemma and Fitz, when she tell him "but you did a hole in the universe for me". I just had a visualization of a "life bar" with the testosterone levels of Fitz going from red/yellow to full flashing green. This is what I call "Ego boosting". The scene of Ward on the plane was interesting: a normal HYDRA head would have killed the entire airplane just to get rid of witnesses. He didn't. He is a real villain but not a soulless one. My theory is Ward will turn the table against Malik (it would anyway end in the same way). This is the same thing Spike did to Drusilla and Angelus when they started to plot to open a gate to bring the end of the world. But Spike liked the world as it is, with all these McHumans dinners walking around. Ward like the world like it is. I'm sure his future plans do not contemplate some overlord from the other side of the universe. The main question is: how does Malik know they brought someone back? He don't know Jemma went and come back. So, I suppose there is some way they know someone come back and who did it. Now we know why the monolith have the holes. They are the cavities left when Hydra took the pieces. And they took the pieces for some specific reason. I think the unnamed inhuman so powerful and fearsome to be banned by the same inhumans thousands of years ago is "The Beast". Not the mutant, but an entity both The Hand and Hydra serve and it is . It never was explained in the Marvel Universe and it would be original for AoS. They continue to say the portal go to another world and to another planet. Maybe it is a planet but in a different universe; maybe the Negative Zone or Limbo. Jemma lament the fact the stars appeared and disappeared at random on the planet.

And Josh should really stop interrupting people with misplaced jokes.

1 other thing FitzSimmons is the only relationship and I mean the only relationship on any of these shows that adds to the show it makes their dynamic and interactions feel all the more real as where Coulsalind, Olicity, Barry and Patty, Kara and James or Win or who cares all seem to either add nothing to the show or drag it down or basically you could do without it and it wouldn't hurt the show but FitzSimmons nah man when these two share a scene the oh are they going to kiss isn't even a thing ...... ALTHOUGH HELLS YES THEY FINALLY DID

Damn, that was a good episode. Only one thing bothered me though: in thousands of years Hydra never brought someone back through the portal, but then SHIELD steps in, never heard of the monolith before, and someone attached to a cable dives into the portal and retrieves a person. What's up with that? In thousands of years Hydra never thought of tieing someone to a rope?

Powers Booth's Malick is the best new character this show has had in a long time. Powers is awesome.

I'm a little disappointed that the question about Bobbi getting the "injection" (like in the comics) was misunderstood by the panel. MOCKINGBIRD was given an experimental injection combining elements of Nick Fury's Infinity Formula (which slows aging) and Steve Rodgers Super Solider Serum. This was given to her after she suffered a mortal injury and the effects have been her injuries were healed and she's shown signs of greatly enhanced Agility and Strength. VERY MUCH akin to the type of powers that Jessica Jones gained from her car accident and those chemicals.

Gideon Malicke became fascinated by the wormhole breech during the Avengers Incident and now through that he wants to use the Monileth's teleportation powers to travel to other worlds. I wonder now that Malick gave insight of the Monelith to Ward I wonder if Malick will send Ward to Kidnapp either Fitz since he figured out how to activate the Monilith's powers which transported him to that Barren World that Simmons was trapped on.

Reading lots comments of people wanting to kick Arron ... I am leaning towards yes on this but I do think she brings some good "theories" once in awhile like the Ego thing. While it's still not confirmed the planet is Ego, I do think it can still be. And the Black Axe idea sounds legit too. Most likely not exactly the same as the comics but think Mac will be a rendition of it and maybe join Secret Warriors team AS Black Axe later on. That said, Arron does have too many "theories" that are simply way too illogical and it really feels like a waste of 5-10 minutes every show listening to her crazy theories. So I wouldn't say you HAVE to kick her. But please less theories and more focus on the contents of the episode.

Astronaut Will is going to be Hydra.

I think they shouldn't kill Ward. Have the agents think he is but give us the reveal and then bring him back in the season after next. He's their Joker in many ways. So he should always be the threat of him returning out there.

The idea of Many Heads One Tail is like the original greek mythology Hydra, you cut off one head, two more grow back, its like how the only way to stop hydra completely is just dont. Kill one agent, two more come back to fight

Okay, to start, this episode of SHIELD was awesome, and thank you to Collider for providing an awesome recap show! That being said, I some times cannot make it through the entirety of your SHIELD recap shows due to Arron. No offense, I am sure that she is probably an awesome person to know as a friend, however, she is not on the same level as your other panelists. Generally, the panelists you have on these recap shows offer great insight, opinions, and observations about the topic at hand. Arron does nothing but detract from what the other panelists are talking about. She serves as a distraction on the show and nothing more. The majority of her insight is just her saying "that was great" or "that was awesome", her observations are generally half-baked, juvenile, and without depth, and she is constantly interrupting the other panelists which is really quite annoying. I can get behind the idea of having a panelist on the show who is versed in comic book canon and who can offer that insight in relation to the show, however, the majority of the time she only offers information from the comic books that relates to her tin foil fan theories that are not supported whatsoever by the show's story. Please, Collider, do us all a favor and replace her with someone who has something better to add to your SHIELD panel. I am sorry for being such a negative nancy but Arron is the reason that I can hardly make it through many of these SHIELD recap episodes.

A lot of what Jemma is felling with Will is Survivor's Guilt. I'm a bit disappointed you didn't go there after mentioning the Stockholm Syndrome. She can't move on with relationships and other things until she gets Will back to Earth. I do think they would show that more on the show even though we could interpret her actions before 3x05 as such - like with the wine.

Everything in this episode worked so perfectly I can't even begin to describe it it was so awesome! The Hydra origin and Coulson trap were probably my favorites. Also #Fitzsimmons It happened!!!!!

I love Aaron. She is super cute and can add a lot of good stuff to the show. However, some of her theories are way too ridiculous and can really interrupt the show. Keep up the great work though. This is slowly becoming one of my favorite recap shows.

Wasn't Madam Hydra already on the show? She was the women at the table of Hydra heads that were all killed. It was the episode that had the Dr. from Age of Ultron who was experimenting on the Twins.
