We definitely need more footage like this online, no bs ad rolls, introductions or chit chat for time filler, just pure content, really captures the same vibe as the old VHS clips
@@maestro8008 there's a very clear difference between idiots and thrill seekers, this is a touge run, not a track run, half of the entire reason people tune into these is because it is a well calculated a practiced run on an intense twisty mountain road, not a wide sweeping public track. At that point we'd just be watching formula drift
Lol of course that's part of drifting it's why when I get into it I'm gonna start with a heater minitruck (ranger with a 4.0 and a five speed with a explorer 8.8 LSD rear end)
I love these types of videos, the right way to touge public roads! At night, everyone great communication, spotters at the end for other drivers. Right out of initial D. Well done. Only person that can get hurt is the driver. New subscriber
The right way to use public roads is nothing like this, and you're kidding yourself if you think no one gets hurt. First responders who go to scoop this fucker off a tree are going to be at risk. Not the case on a closed course.
Was going to say the same. Roll bar was the first mod I did to my daily NB. I was afraid that some ass hat would rear end me in their pickup truck and I'd end up under their vehicle. 😭 Seriously, though. Nice driving! These cars are tough to keep in line with such a short wheelbase, but you can hardly even tell from the video. 🔥
The overall quality of this video is godlike. The footage, editing, and even the banter is evocative of a channel with 100k+ subs. You just earned one more. Please more content like this!
This is some of the most pure and real content I’ve seen on here in a while compared to every other racing or drifting channel who just do it for the subscribers and sponsors and honestly feel like they stage or force content just to get another video. This reminds me more of like og skate vids where they jus hit record and whatever happens happens. Thank you RU-vid algorithm for putting this in my suggested
I own a mostly stock NB, and the only time I've done something gnarly was in a snowy parking lot or by accident at autocross. This is some mean driving, loved it!!
Dude, keep it up with these videos. Great job, no more editing than necessary. Those shots made it feel like we were there on the side of the ride with you guys. Absolutely raw, but quality. Well done
That first 30second intro might be the coolest short drift clip I have ever seen outside of old school Jap videos. Huge props to the driver and camera car!
This is probably the best true drifting video that ive ever seen....straight drifting on the street with beater cars the way its supposed to be. What a god damn rush!!!!!
I love this, literally this is what drifting in the real world on a 9-5 or high school kid budget is! No track, just a twisty mountain road late at night, and instead of a 1000hp built car that costs as much as a small house or a mobile home it's just a regular old stock miata that takes actual skill to drift like this! I hate how most of the car/drift content pushed onto my feed consists of guys that spent upwards of $100,000 buying and building a car that almost none of us will ever be able to afford that can do all of this shit with almost no effort or skill required. It's alot more interesting to watch a rusty old shitbox that's got 1/4 of its rear bumper missing getting tossed around like this! It takes alot more skill to drift a car with a stock engine like that too, it's a good thing you can beat on a stock engine like that lol!
This pov is absoloutely amazing! The way the convertible allows the lights to hit the driver like a spotlight really gives an awesome view of both him and the car.
My favourite Touge video on the internet, something about the first person perspective from the chasing car and the editing makes this feel old school, just pure talent on display from all drivers, great job lads!
Amazing stuff as always. There's still probably a few guys claiming they do this everyday while going to work in their motorbike but yeah. Never stop bro this has been an amazing journey and I don't want it to end 😜
There probably are a few, but it would be rare. I like to drift a lot at work (I got 5,000 miles less on the outside tires because I like the roundabout), but I don't go this much constantly, pretty sure my RX-8 engine would just melt... plus I only wish I had that much skill and confidence to do that at night! On motorcycles its much harder to drift (not super hard, but if you mess up you will get injured, vs my car like 2 weeks ago I found myself going backwards and sideways at 70 mph but not even a scratch on my car and I didn't even get stuck in the ditch, 0 consequences, bikes not so much). There are a few bikes around that I see all the time doing 120 mph down my road, but that's not the impressive part, there is one guy in particular that I've NEVER seen his front wheel down, he's always doing a beautiful wheelie at around 120 for miles and miles. If I could wheelie like that I too would never change a front tire again, but best I can do is a little one over the speed bumps protesting the speed bumps in front of the guards or I've ramped some playfully catching air in front of the police station (they whipped out of the parking lot following me, but I jumped the next one even higher and faster having fun and they had to slow down for their own speed bump). I still don't know why they decided speed bumps and speed tables in front of the emergency services was a good idea, but I'm hoping they see how terrible it is and they remove them. If you ask a libertarian "who would build the roads?", I reply, the only thing government funded was a bunch of speed bumps breaking people's car suspension, and I drive a duel sport, roads are optional (and still smoother than what the government makes).
This is some raw content. I would never be so bold, I just respect and appreciate that there is still a raw form of motorsports that exists. Keep it safe, keep it unregulated. Fuck the FIA,
Awesome video! It's like a breath of fresh air when seeing something that's raw and disconnected from social media, but just doing stuff because that's who they are.
I do not understand drifting it doesn't make him go faster so what is the point a waste of energy such as tires ,wheel bearing's, ball joints takes a lot of energy to make these parts for these cars driving like that you're going to be breaking them quite often. Too much damn energy wasted.
man the memories of younger years came out heavy in this video. fucking loved it reminded me of weekly runs with the friends before life happened got old and had kids.
One of the best channels I´ve seen on YT, top notch camera, editing, driving, etc. Such a raw yet cinematic visual experience, really gets you into the vibe.
This is my local touge it’s nice to see it get some spotlight. And when Griffen connected the MR corners that shits impressive those corners are very technical
Legends of our time 100% the dopest drift video ever dropped Adam should catch wind of this cause you guys are rocking and rolling keep up the dope editing and footie you guys rock ... Gotta subscriber in me
