These are all 50% central government funded projects(except Kolkata metro which is fully under Central government),the state government only gave the approval to do it and sometimes delay the project. @@ayushgarg7033

@@ss-416 delhi walo ko bhi pata nhi tha kuch dino pehle🤓 yogi ke wajah se itni jaldi aya. Delhi part ne toh khud ke part ka payment bhi nhi kiya time mai Gyan pelle aya. Delhi mai itna bada metro length aya because delhi mai koi bhi public transport nhi tha. Kolkata already have very large suburban rail system. (Though it was WB & kolkata metro's fault for delay) Delhi bus service kolkata bud service se bhi bekar hai
