@@mikedub628if you cook the shrimp first don’t let it sit in the lime juice for 45 mins, they will be over cooked. But it’s better if you don’t cook the shrimp first, they absorb the citrus juice and taste amazing.

Maybe she forgot to mentioned it, any type of aguachile does have cucumber slices or chopped up, do remember to take out the seeds with a spoon.

To me, it tastes a bit of soy sauce. Found I'm the Latin section of the grocery store. Small glass bottle with yellow label says Maggie in red letters. I prefer the one found in the International section of the grocery store which is made in Germany instead of Mexico, i think it has a better flavor
