Those murderers were singing like a 🐦 to the investigators of what they did and still no one was arrested at the scene....and to think they almost got away with it....despicable 😩
The only reason they are now in jail for life is because they themselves leaked the video to the media due to them thinking they were in the right and it made them look good. That's kinda funny.
Bryan: "I wish I had hit him good with my truck, could have stopped him before he got shot". Or how about not chasing down and forcing some random person going down the street to stop and talk to you. Someone you literally never seen do anything. Feel like someone needs to put this in a dark movie: Serial killer kidnapper with rape victim locked up in a basement - They manage to escape and when being chased down by the kidnapper in his truck, some random neighbor that only knows that the truck driver is a neighbor decides to jump in his truck and help run down the victim and stop them from escaping - the guy just knows that his neighbor has to be the good guy.
Heck!! They would have gotten away with it if the video wouldn’t hve came out. That good‘ole boy network was in full effect in South Georgia. I’m Too happy they got caught.
And the nerve of that Witch stating that she is bothered by the State’s attorney calling the brutally murdered young man a victim. Then later she completely bathe her client in victimhood. So she was just uncomfortable for others to see the VICTIM as the victim, because it was reserved for only certain people. And she tried her darnest to dehumanize Ahmaud, and she felt so comfortable doing so inches from his Mom. She doesn’t have half the class, kindness and, humbleness Ms. Arbery has.
This is EXACTLY NORMAL down south! It’s Klanscountry and totally racist! Nothing changes in America until your 3rd rate schooling system changes! Education and debate changes people’s attitude, thinking and psyche! Most can’t point on their county map where their town is? How is it even possible to be this thick?
After making SEVERAL attempts to run over the victim with his truck while recording his actions with his cell phone, Mr. Brian still tried to paint himself as the Good Samaritan who recorded the killing. HEARTLESS!!!
That is what keeps bringing me back I keeping hoping maybe I missed something let me rewatch these videos because they couldn't be that ignorant and stupid. "People we are human beings. You can not just kill another Human Being."

His lies are exposed, first it was I just joined because I was the truck and the victim went by. No! He joined the chase and almost hit him , wishing that he did hit him with the truck and he wants us to believe he just filmed it to help. He was in from the start, shameful!!!
Right. The motivation to hurt and kill Ahmaud was present before he was shot to death. Resources and vehicles were used to corner and kill him. They acted as a cohesive coordinated unit. He was their adversary from the beginning.

If there was probable cause or immediate knowledge they would be able to perform a lawful citizens arrest and if AA fought then he would be the aggressor and they could have shot him in self defense but since they almost certainly have no case, it’s almost certain they will get convicted especially with the instructions that the judge is going to give the jury even the defense admits they are most likely going to get convicted but they are blaming the court saying that it’s a guilty verdict being forced. Honestly I don’t think it’s being forced at all the judges interpretation of the citizens arrest statue and its requirements are the same as they are in other states it’s just the defenses casw is so weak that a pretty reasonable interpretation mostly kills their tiny Aquital chances.
@@nicknmm09 only if they witness a citizen committing a crime can the make a citizen arrest but if the citizen refuse to allow them to arrest them, they can not force him, otherwise the law would be putting both citizens in danger.. After listening to all these police first responding to the crime scene, it is a miracle this murder ever even made it to the courtroom! A modern day lynch mob had no concerns that the police and the rest of the good ‘ole boys (😉wink-wink😉) would see this as nothing more than Cased Closed! It’s sickening and heartbreaking. Godspeed to the Ahmaud family and Rest In Peace now Mr. Abery Ahmaud. 🕊
Well, as far as I could see, there were 1 or 2 black police officers at the scene on one of the videos...are they also good ole boys...how disappointing...
His family and community pushed for justice.... Watch his Mom's ABC special. Had it not been for the persistence of members of the community, we wouldn't know Ahmad Arbery.
@@mkfloyd5 .....well they have no choice, they just HAVE to go along to get along. Sad world. Same thing happened in Derrick Chauvin case. The 2 rookies had to do as he says... Sad world!!!!!!!!
Arbery knew he was being subjected to a lynching. He must have been utterly terrified. Strangers chasing him, hunting him, in trucks, hollering at him, ‘angling’ their cars at him, carrying weapons, using their cars as weapons. And why? Because exaggerated rumours, misinformation and gossip had made the neighbours paranoid about a threat of petty theft and an innocent black man had the temerity to go for a jog in their white neighbourhood. The question of justice doesn’t stop with the convictions of those that murdered Arbery, it must continue with the indictment of the police and local DAs that covered up a heinous lynching and murder.
This detective is one of the main culprits who lied to Ahmaud's mother repeatedly about him being killed in a burglary. He knew all along what happened and he continued his lies.
I think was just going off of what was reported at the time, like before the videos and all this other stuff came out right? Cause if he did know for sure, than all of Glenn County legal system needs to be dismantled and rebuilt
@@distinguishedallureproduct879 Listen to my words with your clear logic, and pure heart. I've been in a court of law a few times in my life, having to answer for bad choices that I made in my youth. I was young, I am black and in my teens... I was wild! Not only was I wild, but I had a total disregard for laws and rules and that earned me a 30 serve 15 year prison sentence... in the state of Georgia. I understand codes of law pretty well because I attempted to overturn my sentence while serving time. Not only do I understand law but I also know my rights and due processes. These wicked animals confessed to murder on day one. Not to be misconstrued by any falsehood concerning all of the lies and excuses they gave for killing Mr. Arbery... these animals knew that what they did was murder, and all of the officers, and law enforcement on the scene that day knew as well because their body cams recorded all of conversations they were having with the defendants. This was meant to be covered up because of the fathers standing with that local law authority, and because of all of their white supremacy codes.
@@distinguishedallureproduct879 There's no excuse for professional law enforcement to be this incompetent, and negligible. Each of those officers KNEW exactly what happened on the first day. Were they grossly biased? Of course they were... but they basically celebrated with the culprits as if they were jealous and envious that they weren't the ones who shot this brother. I can guarantee had Ahmaud and his father been the ones to kill Travis while he was in their neighborhood... all of this stalling and flim-flamming wouldn't have happened. Officers would have had their weapons drawn before even exiting their units.

What I love is how openly these devils reported what they did to this victim… they honestly thought they did nothing wrong and found it inconceivable for them to get in trouble 🙄 these devils cops didn’t even consider them as suspects..
@@hadeees these cops may have kept records but most of the evidence is the bodycam footage. These cops were either incompetent or complacent. 1. They failed to render aid to the victim. I'm not sure they even checked to see if he was alive. 2. They failed to secure the scene. They let these guys walk around with their firearms until the finally said to put them in their trucks. Securing the guns is kinda important since you haven't figured out who played what roll yet. At no time after a fatal shooting was anyone in cuffs, you have 3 guys, who should have been suspects at that point,,wandering aimlessly around the crime scene. 3. They let these guys go home (with their firearms), to wait for the investigator to arrive. They then had to go to the house and have them come back out. If one of them thought they were going to be arrested for murder it could have turned into a suspect barricaded in a home situation. 4. Stopod around the crime scene and engaged in idle chit chat. "I have the same boots, bla bla bla." Im fairly confident there will be an inquiry into their procedures.
I really believe he wasn't trying to get into the Truck I think as Roddy was trying to trap him then Ahmad placed his hands on the truck trying to prevent him from hitting him... Just think about it, why would he try to get inside of a strangers truck who's trying to trap him
My theory is he used his hand to push himself off of the truck in a defensive move as he was literally running for his life. To me, that account that Mr. Arbery was trying to enter his truck was complete b.s.
exactly, their whole story was bullshit, even them(greg and Travis) saying they thought the truck and Ahmaud were working together. they knew exactly who was in that truck, Roddie yelled out to them ya'll got him, right before the chase. they all said they didn't know each other, but on the bodycam, Roddie says Travis and Greg's name, vise/versa. the McMichaels knew who lived in that neighborhood, they thought the whole place was there's and no one especially a black person had any rights to be on their street in their neighborhood. What i find odd, is crimes did not start happening in that area until Travis moved back in “coincidence”? they have to make Ahmaud out to be a scary black guy who was committing crimes, and was attacking them, just like the video where Ahmaud was sitting in his car at the park on his day off listening to music, the cop had no right to question him, demand i.d, then illegally search his car/ or his person. the cop used the excuse for the taser, “veins were popping from [Arbery’s] chest, which made me feel that he was becoming enraged and may turn physically violent towards me”. Once again, the scary black guy defense! Even though they approached him for no other reason than he was a black guy who looked like he was up to something"smoking weed”, they found nothing! His mother needs to ask for charges against these cops too.
Bryant admitted he made a few moves with his truck ......yet claimed he only recorded the incident ......I wonder at what point did he try to retract those statements when he found out he would also be held accountable.
The officer literally said on the witness stage at 16:20 this was a shooting & murder, but he is also the cop who told the mom her son committed a burglary and was killed. Did he help with the cover up?
@@mikebeddingfield2144 I can’t accept that. None of the officers even asked any of these defendants at any time to show them the house he was burglarizing. They just took their word for it. I'm raising a black boy who will one day be a black man jogging down some road. It took me awhile to watch this trial but I decided this weekend to begin watching it now that I know justice has been served (partially) hoping it may be a little easier to digest this horrific event. To know that the young man was truly running for his life and fought after he could run no more is heart wrenching and scary. Just think, in his mind he had to know that he was in a fight with not a man but a shot gun and his chances were small at being victorious. It's heartbreaking, it takes my breath away. This ex-officer was initially part of the cover-up and should live life in shame along with all the others who were willing to accept this event as being righteous.
This silly man recorded his own demise. Why was Ahmaud not found dead 10 feet from the house in question with a power drill in his hand, 2×4 under his arm, nails in his right pocket, blueprints in his left, saw dust on his shoes?because he was lying on the other street a mile from the house dead for no reason.
The defense really shot themselves in the foot by constantly objecting, any lawyer worth his salt knows that only makes the jury think you're only capable of winning on technicalities
they didnt have a case. the best they could do was object. you seem to be implying that this case was somehow “winnable”. dont feel bad though. 2 district attorneys believed that the case should never have even be brought to trial. a trial that resulted in 3 life sentences. everyones entitled to an opinion
If this is the same detective who told the mother of the young Ahmaud that he was involved in a burglary at the time he was killed, I believe he believed every word they said because he has the same moral standards as they do. And if he did know they were lying he was down with that too. Inconceivable!
He knew that was a lie there was no proof or evidence of a burglary they told told the police that they did not see him committing a crime nor did they see him with anything while they were chasing him down that police knew exactly what happened he lied to his mother the first of the coverup started with him. This is the reason BLM was established because of lawless police and the whole judicial system that protect their own and lie especially when People of color are involved this Not the first incident and painfully it is not the last. The real tragedy is they felt they were chasing cornering an animal!!!! They did not see a human like themselves under the brown skin.. they did not see the desperate fear & pleading eyes..they were just relishing the chase & the killing!!!!! Animals r better than these devils!!!!!🤬🤬🤬
The sense of entitlement and privilege they displayed as they told the investigators exactly what they did with the expectation that they were right and would get away with it. And they almost did.
Because at this moment he is on the stand and he can’t lie here. So, he is not only helping clarify the facts so the murderers go to jail but also exposing himself. I hope the family goes on with a law suit against this officer and the police department.
They should also charge the McMichaels wife and daughter for taking pictures of Mr Aubrey's body after his DEATH. They should be charged with aiding and abetting, abuse of a corpse, and hate crimes! They took pictures of Mr Aubrey's body before the cops came.
I hope once sentenced they all go into general population! Then maybe Karma will be served, and they suffer similar consequences for the actions they took against an unarmed man.

In all fairness that was a remorseful statement. He said if he'd hit him he could have taken him out and not got him shot and killed. He made another statement on the day saying he is not sure they should have even been chasing him. This Bryn guy has honestly been the only remorseful of these 3. I think he is guilty of stupid, he never should have involved himself in this chase. But I think he didn't anticipate this escalating the way it did. He even testified to Travis calling Ahmed a racial slur at the crime scene. He is guilty but I think his part is less than that of this father and son dou, he should have just turned state witness in exchange for a reduced sentence.

These first responder police need to resign and taken off the streets. Furthermore that police department needs a full, independent investigation into their systems and personnel. With all the persnickety objections I am shocked that the defense did not object to him saying "that is where the shooting and the murder took place" -- holy cow epic fail for them, but GOOD, since it was a MURDER. I haven't been able to watch all the trial but at least one person in law enforcement here who isn't in the good ol' boys club thinking that murdering a guy for running while black is perfectly okay just because your father used to be in law enforcement?? @Garret Fox In their words, they chased him down, told Ahmaud they would blow his F'ing head off, cornered him "like a rat" and pointed a loaded shotgun at him, but Ahmaud was "trying to attack" them? You do realize that, because none of the defendants had any knowledge that Ahmaud had committed a felony -- even now -- they had no right to demand that he stop, right>
@Garret Fox Wrong! If they had no knowledge that he'd committed a felony, even under the since repealed Citizens Arrest law, their attempts to stop him, to tell him they'd blow his 'F'ing head off, violated Ahmaud's freedom to go about his run, unhindered. If you saw me walking up your street, didn't know me or that I'd done anything wrong, you could ask me to stop and talk to you but you don't have a right to DEMAND that I do so, let alone "corner" me "like a rat".
@Garret Fox Stopping and defending yourself is most certainly standing your ground.. And the Mczmichaels had no authority to stop anyone, which makes their actions criminal.. Once again, if you can’t let idiots like this go, then we might as well fight it out in the streets.. I know that’s what you want, but trust me… You’re gonna lose..
@Garret Fox Pointing a loaded shotgun at someone is an assault. Defending oneself by reaching for the barrel is not. Keeping their distance? They were only a few feet away when he pointed the shotgun. Some of the pellets went thru a window of a house across the street and embedded in the wall.
