Google what's my schedule for today? "I've cleared your schedule so you can listen to my new mixtape, and tell me how lit it is. I've locked the door so no one will bother you" you're welcome
Just over ONE YEAR later, and now we have Suno v3 and Udio, both which can do vocals that are barely indistinguishable from the real deal. Today's date is April 21st, 2024 by the way.
I wonder if at some point AI will just learn what tones or melodies trigger certain effects in the human brain and create an actual new music genre based on what you want to feel.
Not everyone, infact most people actually listen to music and what it makes them feel. They just vibe to it ,like putting on the tv even while you're scrolling
Haha, no. But now there will be a billion "AI music creators" who will think they all bad ass because they made a beat with AI that will be sending you their soundcloud links.
I'mma be honest. If I heard that ai rap in the background of something I wouldn't even question it. I'd have to be listening closely to know something was wrong. (And then I'd prolly think it was my dumb ass being hard of hearing.)
I think I heard something about two AIs having to get canned because they started communicating in their own made up language. Also screw that guy up top lol, he has no intelligence on this subject it seems.
You could have it create stuff, then write lyrics over it, and reproduce the beat and it’s a shortcut to creating music. It’s a tool, not an end product.
@@CharmedReally7 tell that to the music industry that's been doing this with people's demos for a years. They just remake your stuff and change one part. Trust me I know personally
@@ginguu2490? the guy didn't say people who type prompts were artists? He legit said uproar from artists, meaning musicians, the same way real artists uproared at ai imagery
*I have heard that “meditative song, calming and soothing” I even think it is in one of my videos and it was created by a person, but can’t remember the artist.*
Imagine the 1 dollar aI app on your phone that generates music for every mood based on your smartwatches biometric data while it reads your face and tone of voice. Now imagine all that is in your smartwatch.
Not gonna lie, basically generating the ideas I would have including the jumbled lyrics because at that point in time, I still haven’t decided what I want for my lyrics 😂
It’s like living a dream, and not as in this stuff is unbelievable (don’t get me wrong, it is), but like as in it feels like a dream. The biggest example is the words of Dall-E, and the lyrics of MusicLM.
Skyrim already got mods with Chat gpt and the voice modulator integrated in the system. The NPCs come up with their own dialogue and can respond to any text you give them.
This is actually amazing as an amature music producer. Generate basic samples to modify and mix with, or use it to get ideas for a particular sound. Or if you play an instrument use it to play accompaniment parts.
No such thing as an objective 10/10 song. But AI already can replicate existing art and produce stuff of similar quality, so it’s not far off from making something similar to your current favorite song.
It can't. In order for AI to do that, it would need consciousness and an opinion on what a 10/10 song is. AI has no way to rate its own ideas because it's not built with a conscience that has been governed by culture and experiences in order to form an opinion on whether or not its own generation was "good" or "bad". When AI can create music that is indistinguishable from human music, we would be fucked anyways.
For us non-native english speakers it sounds like a normal/ordinary english song. btw: although we've learnt english, we don't really focus on the text of english language music 😅
THIS. THISSS. Though actually, this really sounds like some Argentinian music. Whatever the genre, i don't pay attention to them. They also sound like this, but a little more lower pitched and with more naked people and teenage sex stories
Plot twist google and the a.i company has an impoverished music student chained in a basement surrounded by instruments and force them to make music from all the texts for food
"Come and coming Come on, be Shon But you want me yeah Jamiroquai Got me wing, go wing Take a link, beside Ting, yeah, I'm waiting Chilling by the side, you know" MusicLM
Actually… we are getting more accustomed to listening to and enjoying music the lyrics of which we don’t understand (case in point: K-Pop). Also, many people don’t even care about the lyrics at all - they find only parts of the chorus catchy, and like the melody, and would listen to the song again just based on that. So, if music were to be created in this Simlish language, I can see it becoming super popular!
Honestly, this is how I've always listened to English music. Despite my English being pretty good and being taught English as a second language since second grade in elementary school, when I listen to English music, It's like i don't even hear what they're saying, i only hear the melody unless i really try to focus on hearing the lyrics. This is another reason why I don't mind songs where lyrics don't actually make sense, its all about the chord progression and melody for me
after dalle came out i was thinking about an ai that can make new music. would it be possible to make voices like the RGB code in colours? so it would be possible to customize the voices like you want it without being a singer
