Let me explain the AI ecosystem briefly.

AI is the broad field of computer science that deals with creating machines that can perform tasks that normally require human intelligence. For example, recognizing speech, understanding language, or even making decisions.
Next comes Machine Learning or ML for short.
1997 was a significant year in the history of machine learning because it marked the first International Conference on Machine Learning (ICML), which has since become one of the premier conferences in the field
Machine learning is a subset of AI that allows computers to learn and improve from experience without being explicitly programmed. It involves development of algorithms that can analyze data, identify patterns, and make predictions or decisions based on that data. For example, language translation, image recognition and so on
Next is Deep Learning or DL for short
2017 was a significant year for the field of deep learning, Google DeepMind announced AlphaGo, a deep learning system that achieved superhuman performance in the game of Go.
Deep Learning is subset of Machine learning, that uses artificial neural networks to learn and make decisions based on complex data inputs. And this is Inspired by the structure and function of the human brain, to learn from data. For example personalised medicine, autonomous cars etc.
And finally the more latest one is Generative AI
2021 saw a significant advancements in the field of Generative AI.
Generative AI is an even more advanced form of AI that can generate new data, images, music, or even entire conversations. The most talk about ChatGPT, is a form generative AI used to create natural and engaging conversations with humans, allowing for a wide range of applications such as customer service, mental health support and so on.
