Fact you guys need to know Albedo in the end says "Ainz ooal gown, This is ridiculous" This comes from the fact that Albedo loves "Momonga" and not "Ainz ooal gown". To her the name Ainz ooal gown represents that the other supreme beings left Momonga all alone in this new world and essentially abandoned them. This is why you can see the flag of Ainz on the floor in the corner and the flag of Momonga on the wall in her room.

Fact here: It wasn't Ainz who was testing Sebas out, but Pandora's Actor - you can see him nearly insulting Sebas, what Ainz would never do since he loves all of Nazarick. Also, there are some weird moments in his speech, common for PA - especially when he casts the Greater Teleportation spell to leave the mansion.

There's a great side story called The Emissary of the King that goes into more detail about what the animators are implying in the ending scene of this episode. As others have already commented: Albedo's flavor text was altered in episode 1 to say she loves Momonga. Not Ainz. We all know that. Albedo is actually the only guardian that we have the full flavor text for. You can read it in the Overlord art book or just look it up specifically. Nowhere in her flavor text does it mention her loyalty to anything, just that she likes her job and the feeling of being over others. It also goes into how she likes to do things to make her a perfect woman or housewife, we see that in the anime. It also mentions how she maintains a mask of a perfect cool beauty that very rarely slips to reveal the insanity beneath. The only thing keeping her loyal to the guild is her previous history as a NPC. We don't know for sure exactly how binding that is. It does seem that flavor text has a much more profound affect on a NPC's character than anything else. Demiurge is actually speculated to be the most loyal member of Nazarick, we believe it was written in his flavor text that he was especially loyal and aware of his position as inferior to the supreme beings. This might have been a little gift Albert left behind before he quit the game. But that's speculation. Albedo unlike most of the other guardians didn't get much love from her creator after all. Tabula-san was very detailed in her creation as he was a settings maniac, but it seems he didn't care about giving her anything else as she was just a NPC I guess. Shalltear got an entire harem of vampire brides, clothes, cosplay items and a home to live in. But Albedo got very little, she literally had only the one dress to wear. Ainz later gave her a room and clothes after he found out she was literally living in the throne room where she was stationed. Sleeping on the floor. She also never really got the chance to interact with anyone. No invader ever made it to the throne room. It was meant to be a cosmetic backdrop to the guild's last stand against any invasion. The guild members didn't really have any reason to go there. As know the NPC's do somewhat remember their time as NPC's. Her memory of her time working for the guild was basically just endless loneliness. So while she does respect her creator as a supreme being, she may resent him for being so heartless and she definitely resents the other supreme beings who left. She feels abandoned and forgotten by the ones she was supposed to serve. She is DEEPLY in love with Momonga/Ainz and is jealous of how much he respects and misses his comrades. The very people she hates. She thinks they are distracting him from potentially loving her. Ainz originally wanted to spread his new name, the name of the guild, originally to attract his former comrades or any players from earth that might exist so he could meet a fellow countryman. However Albedo does not want to see this happen. She wants no distractions between her and Ainz. Her devotion is so strong to Ainz that she monologues in the side story how if any of the supreme beings came back she would try to eliminate them before they got to Ainz. She and Princess Renner have much in common. It could be that Renner exists as a mirror to Albedo and just how truly twisted she is. The end scene of this episode is a subtle nod to all of this.

She prosposing that she be wed with the marquis'son for political reason: she cannot be wed to commoner climb, marquis raeven's son will be there to be her husband in public, and vice versa while each are having affairs with who they really want to be.

Tuare is the elder sister of Ninya who was the magic caster of the Swords of Darkness group in season one that was hired alongside Ainz/Momon to protect Nepheria

Renner doesn't need her laws to get passed. She just needs the public to think she cares. It's just a sick game to keep Climb mindlessly loyal. One of her classes is literally called "Actress." Raeven is one of the few nobles in the Kingdom who isn't a moron. He caught Renner making that inhumane face once when she was a child and always knew something was wrong with her. Marquis Raeven and Gazef are the two main pillars preventing the corrupt nobles from getting too out of control. Gazef's strength is one key, and Raeven's political machinations are the other.

If you wanna know more about Albedo here's her official settings by her creator Lord Tabula: "She is a demoness who holds the title of Guardian Overseer, which is the highest-ranking position in the Great Underground Tomb of Nazarick. Therefore, it remains to be seen whether she actually likes being tidy. This might well be an act -- in order to appear as the perfect woman -- though the truth of that is unknown. It is too scary to confirm. She always has a gentle smile on her, and her elegant way of speech has made many people think she is a goddess or an angel. That mistake is not particularly laughable, given that she is surrounded by that sort of atmosphere and acts in an appropriate way. The fact is, it would not be wrong to view her in that way. She was originally planned to be an angel of the highest order, but she ended up with a greatly distorted appearance after being fused with a monster from the land of dreams. Because of that, her personality is similarly twisted, being merciless and cruel, cunning and savage. She gives her enemies despair and revels in their agonizing deaths. Her usual expression seems to be there to suppress the urges which flow from her heart -- a mask which exists to conceals her desire to perform ruthless acts upon the weak. If the mask breaks, she would probably end up being like Empress Lu Zhi or Empress Wu Zetian. However, that only applies when dealing with those not of Nazarick. Fortunately for those who do not serve Nazarick, one can take comfort in the fact that the mask is very sturdy and will not break easily. She feels very strongly about her duties as the Guardian Overseer of the Great Underground Tomb of Nazarick. Naturally, the fact that she has ears everywhere listening for information goes without saying. In addition, she smiles all the time -- to the point where one might say she does not show any other emotion. Her smile is nothing more than a poker face to her. She can also show emotions like anger, grimaces and fake tears. Her sophisticated lady’s face will not break, even when she is torturing the fools who oppose her. So just to save you some tinfoil on your conspiracy hats, Demiurge is BEYOND loyal to Ainz and Nazerick. There is never a point that he betrays Ainz. The only problem that will arise is remember that Ainz told them "Orders are not things to be blindly carried out, but you must see how to best profit for Nazerick". Demiurge is going to take this to 11.

The intensity of the Sebas' interrogation got weaken without his inner thoughts during the scene. He was really afraid at that time. He was prepared to die for Nazarick but not as being branded and remembered as a traitor. Albedo doesn't let the maids enter and clean her room.

Albedo doesn’t care for the guild ‘Ains Ooal Gown’, since she feels that all the guild members abandoned them. Momonga took the guild name as his own name. She loves Momon, and will do anything for him, but still resents the members who left. So she thinks the guild name is a joke essentially.

With regards to Solution, she just want Sebas to follow procedure. Ainz IS evil but he is a pretty good boss since he is an office grunt himself.

Get hyped for next episode! We saw Shalltear in action, then Cocytus, then Sebas. But now it's Demiurge's time to shine!! You guys are are getting better at picking up details in the conversations now. You gonna have field day by Season 3, I can tell.

so the princess is more along the lines of a psychopath then being fake, she gets the idea of emtions and is able to play on them, but dosent really feel them to much of an extent, but her "love" for climb is more of an infatuation, mostly because she dosent really know how to express it in a good way, she just expresses it in the only way she knows how, control, and also the fact that solution was telling sebas to call ains this time was because it wasn't like before where he had to hide it, ains knows about her and gave her his protection, which means now ALL of nazaric is coming down on them, not just sebas, so really it was the best move to do since know they arnt dealing with 1 demi-god, they are dealing with an army of demi-gods lead by a demon

Some background about the guild members in Ainz' flashaback from the Light Novels (this is from memory so plz correct anything i might get wrong), But (Lord) TouchMe is the guy in the shiny white armor (he's an insectoid "bug people") who was shown plenty of times in the anime (is also Sebas's creator) and he essentially embodies Justice, as in the Kamen Rider type (basically Power Rangers in american culture) its what he grew up with and stuck with him, so even tho he comes from a wealthy family he chose to be a police officer despite family protest, he also has a wife and some kids and i think hes in his mid 30's but he is a world class pvp champion (his name is a pun as in "Touch Me, if you can") and literally wrote a book about how to pvp in in Yggdrasil (and taught Momonga everything he knows plus his own tips not in the book). And theres Ulbert (the goat looking guy) he created Demiurge and comes from a very poor family and was force to work as a child with his parents but then his parents died in a machinery related accident and it would have cost too much money for the company to shut down the machines and retrieve the bodies so he never got to properly mourn or bury his parents, so he never liked rich people, which caused him to bump heads alot with TouchMe due to their very different upbringings and ideals (this is all i remember about him...) This came to the point where TouchMe started to noticed he was being biased and sometimes selfish (as he was the guild leader) and step down as the leader/creator of AInz Oool Gown (the old name was actually "Nine's Own Goal" cuz of the original 9 members and had to change for a reason i cant remember...) but passed leadership to Momonga cuz he was the most logical and least biased person in the guild and also the most trusted since he handle all the planning and finances of the guild.

Some things to clear up here. -Tuare is the sister of the female magic caster pretending to be a boy in season 1. You were correct at 10:50. . -The Ainz in the room when Sebas first entered was actually Pandora's Actor. When Sebas left and came back in, that was the real Ainz. Demiurge was holding Victim so that if he was attacked, Victim would take the blow, die, and debuff Sebas. Then Sebas would be able to be taken out more easily. Pandora's Actor being there was planned so that the real Ainz would be safe. These kinds of precautions were needed because Sebas can beat Cocytus in a fight without even using his true form. In true form, the only one in Nazarick that Sebas would not beat in hand-to-hand combat is Shalltear. . -The Pleiades are battle-maids that can be organized into two different formations: Six Stars and Seven Sisters. In Six Stars formation, six of the battle-maids are overseen by Sebas. There's Yuri Alpha (glasses), Lupusregina Beta (wolf girl), Narberal Gamma (Momon's partner, Nabe), Shizu Delta (Robot girl), Solution Epsilon (slime girl that was working with Sebas in S1 and S2), and Entoma Vasilissa Zeta (short mask girl). We haven't seen her yet, but there's one more member of the Pleiades sisters called Aureole Omega. She oversees the Pleiades in the Seven Sisters formation, although Yuri Alpha is Deputy Leader. . -The regular maids (who are homunculi) are overseen by the dog-woman, Pestonya. The plan is for Tuare to work for her. In order for Sebas to be around Tuare more, Aureole Omega would oversee the Pleiades instead of him. However, Aureole Omega is not allowed to leave the eighth floor of Nazarick where she resides for certain reasons. So Yuri Alpha takes up leadership of the Pleiades. . -Renner loves and only wants Climb. She just has to keep up her status as a princess and marry a nobleman because Climb is a commoner. She still wants Climb's kids though. . -Eight Fingers: Crime Syndicate with 8 branches. Six Arms: One of the Eight Fingers branches. The "muscle"of the syndicate. You have the gist of it now, just want to confirm. . -For Cocytus, the actual pronunciation is either [Co-kite-us] or [Co-Q-tus]. Dub uses the first one and the sub uses the second. . -Albedo loves Momonga, but dislikes the guild members that "abandoned" the Guardians and Ainz/Momonga. She dislikes the guild and the name because of it.

Another great reaction as always, Thought I would try and give a few details that are better explained in the light novels, but never really explained in the Anime, so are not spoilers. The first thing is that the original Ainz in the room is highly hinted at being Pandoras Actor, but is never outright said, but is hinted at with the eyes not glowing red, and the flamboyant acting and high speech when talking about the 41, also another giveaway is Ainz recognizing Tuare when he saw her the second time and not the first. The person he owes the debt to while looking at that book is Ninya from the Swords of Darkness, if you remember back when she was introduced, it mentioned a sister who had been kidnapped by nobles who she wanted to free, this is Tuare, Also you are the first person I have seen pick up on this 😀 one of the reasons why I love your channel. The Sheep Demiurge is looking after are humans, it was stated in one of the light novels, but what he does is cut of arms/ legs, etc then feeds them to them before healing and starting the process again. Last off about Albedo, it isn't really mentioned in the Anime, but she hates the guild but loves lord Ainz (Momonga), she hates that the other 40 abandoned the guardians and left him on his own, and she loves that he stayed, but she doesn't understand why he holds the rest of them in such high regards after they just left. The flag on the floor is his original guild flag, that of Momonga, and her room is the only one in the tomb that the maids are not allowed to enter because it is a shrine to him. Can't wait to see the next one

Some fun facts. From last episode. The brothel scene is almost entierly skipped from Sebas perspective. He...took care...of all "clients" and "security". Some in very brutal way. Aaand do you know how he blocked door so noone can escape? No? With death or almost death bodys. From this episode. Ainz was accualy Pandoras Actor. Greaaaater Teleportation gives it away in LN, but there is more. Look closely. In anime Pandoras Actor don't have red glow in the eyes. All the times there is no red in eyes thats PA. (Ps. The same thing is used when Ainz just close his eyes). Thats poorly shown in anime, but when Cocaytus blocked Sebas fist the second punch was already on the way.

Solution done nothing wrong, she's just following the mission seriously and Sebas is the one does violation unconsciously because he was created by the Chad of Nazarick Lord Touch me ...in the perspective in Nazarick rules if it's makes sense. Tuare was spared because she is the sister of Ninya.

you guys are right on your speculation as to who tsuare really is. yes, she is the older sister of ninya, the female adventurer who pretended to be a boy, in the team sword of darkness who were killed by clementine in season 1.

The book was in Ninya's bag (the girl from the adventurer party he joined before), and Taure is her sister, he wants to repay Ninya for her journal, cuz it helped him uite a lot, by taking in her sister. (And maybe because he regrets not being able to save Ninya and the others, for one reason or another) P.S. Just about every npc in Nazarick is evil, just varying levels of it. The top ones are reflections of their creators in certain ways which why Ainz has certain reactions given the situation. Sebas Tian is the least evil of the top guys. She was lucky to come across Sebas vs. any other npc from Nazarick

Sebas is the leader of _all_ the maids and butlers in Nazarick. When the Pleiades are in the Six Star formation, Sebas leads them. But when they are in the Seven Star formation, the youngest sister, Aureole Omega is the leader. You won't ever meet Omega. She hasn't even been physically introduced in the LN. Six Arms is the security force for Eight Fingers.
