Despite the fact Ainz completely dominated her without trying, she was actually considered to be around the same level as Gazef, who is the strongest knight in the Re-Estize Kingdom. So she wasn't someone that just any rando could take on. She was a legitimate threat to a large portion of the people in that world.
If you recall the first day before he was teleported to the new world, he had Sebas and the combat maids bowing before his throne. Narberal was there. They were designed as the last defense before the throne room.
Blunt weapons are actually more effective against skeleton undeads that's why she purposedly kept the sword in the scabbard to have this bluntness effect
And to think that Ainz never once put any points into leveling up his strength stat, strength is his weakest stat (I think) and he just crushed clementine
Narberal is mostly specialized as a lightning element offense type. Even her racial abilities as a doppelganger aren't her specialty. However, her creator did give her the requirements to wield some melee weapons and use support spells, but damage is where she shines. Clementine noticed that "Momon" doesn't actually know how to use a sword and is just relying on physical strength. And for the reputation he's building, he cannot allow other, experienced warriors to realize that flaw.
Sword aren't effective against something that doesn't have flesh and skin you know. So her not unsheathing the blade is better because the sword become a sort of blunt weapon witch is good for breaking enemies bones.
I thnk Clementines death scene is a reference to Andy Warhols 'Frankenstein', where the bride of Frankenstein goes to bed with the monster and demanded it to hug her.
Nabe used her sword without pulling it out because undead dragons are immune to sharp attacks, so she used blunt attack instead. And the short sword both ainz and nabe showed off is the symbol of sword of darkness (the group that just died).
@@overlordthebest4249 No, skeletons are more vulnerable to bludgeoning, but slashing/piercing *can* still hurt them, it's just less effective. For example, iirc, the guards atop the cemetery wall in the previous episode take one down with a spear before they retreat. And they're pretty basic guards, so not like they had anything special that'd make that work when it normally wouldn't. There's also Gringham in S3 shattering a bunch at once with an axe.
I've never understood the logic behind a slashing attack being less effective than a bludgeoning attack against skeletal undead. Bludgeoning, or crushing, is dispersing an amount of force over a wider area to break bones, but a slashing attack is just applying that same force over a smaller surface area, making it a more effective bone breaking technique. Slashing should be just as effective, if not more so than bludgeoning.

Well.. yeah you club skeletons. It is common sense that cutting weapons and piecing weapons are not the way to go, no you grab a blunt weapon and shatter bones.
For a run down basically this world knows players as chosen ones and he is like the 20th player and every 10-50 years a new player comes but most were humans so they died but monsters like him are immortal
