You're totally right, I should have mentioned how to reset the oil life read out when changing the air filter. Thanks for the comment and for watching.
Update. I messed around with it for a while but couldn’t get it to come off. I drove over to the oil change place and they put the filter in without removing the MAF sensor. They just took out the three screws and lifted the cover up and dropped the filter in. No charge even lol
GM does have a performance option just like the k&n but we have to reprogram the ECM for new air to fuel ratios. Here in California we can't install one without reprogramming due to it is against the law.
