I was looking for how to use mine since the B&D manual is nearly useless in regard to specifics, and there you were! I looked at a number of vids for pizza and yours is the best I found. I hope to learn more about mine so I can use it properly. I burned my pizza on my first try! I thought there would be an ordinary bake setting but it only seems to have air fry and convection. Among the many YT subscriptions I have yours is the first on cooking. Thanks for doing them.

I'm still leaning to getting the Ninja Pro XL oven, but agree most of the time I prefer not to heat up the house with range oven.

It's cook's better when you start off with bake till bottom gets a little crisps then turn to broil I've always done it on 350 for pizza

Dooood, you should let the pizza cool down for five minutes, almost like resting a steak! Then your cutter won't make such a mess as you roll it through the topping.

OK, but realize, there's a jump cut between me removing it and cutting it. Time you didn't see. So, the cut wasn't as immediate as it may seem.
