Naan bread in the Air Fryer in six (6) minutes! Through trialing different recipes and timings I've finally been able to get this perfect. They taste great and are so soft and fluffy, and go perfectly with any of my curries or kebabs or even on their own.
This recipe is cooked in under 6 mins making it more convenient to use an Air Fryer than an ordinary conventional oven.

Ingredients:
500g plain flour
1/4 or 60ml warm water + 250ml warm water more.
30ml oil
30ml warm milk
2 tablespoons greek yoghurt
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon + 1/4 teaspoon dried active yeast
1/2 teaspoon of salt, baking powder and nigella seeds (kaulonji)
4 tablespoons butter
Freshly chopped coriander
