Paneer Malai Tikka Ingredients:
- 500 gm paneer
- 1/2 cup dahi or hung curd
- 2 tbsp fresh cream
- 1/4 cup grated cheese
- 2 tbsp cashew paste
- 1 tbsp crushed green chillies
- 1 1/2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- 2 tsp crushed black pepper
- 1/4 tsp cardamom powder
- 1 tsp black salt
- 1 tsp chaat masala
- 2 tbsp roasted besan/chickpea flour
- 2 tsp crushed Kasuri methi
- 3-4 tbsp mustard oil
- 2 small onion petals
- 1 capsicum, large diced
- Melted butter for brushing
Method:
1. Soak paneer in lukewarm water with salt for 3-5 mins.
2. Mix all marination ingredients, add paneer, onions, and capsicum. Marinate in the fridge for 1-2 hrs.
3. Skewer the malai tikka, air fry at 180C for 8-10 mins. Brush with butter, sprinkle chaat masala, and enjoy the charred perfection! 🔥"
