Depends on how you like your fit. If looser then go with the 9.5. If you're into a one-to-one fit then a size 9. As always if you can try them on first then that would be best.
My foot is weird I can wear anything from a 10.5-12. But J’s are true to size and they are more snug on the foot so typically I’m an 11 but I got an 12

Depends on the type of you looking for. AF1s run a little larger so I always go half size down from my true size. So that might work out for you. Best bet is to try in person if possible.

Okay so I usually wear 6.5 GS in my Jordans 4s and 5s but I tried on 6.5 mens Cool greys and they felt kinda big. Should I get 6 GS or 6.5 GS? Supposedly mens and GS sizing are the same and also I have narrow feet.
