I picked up a pair. This is a great collab and one of the most beautiful 13’s ever made, in my opinion. The colorway, the quality of materials, the difference of materials(ripstop/sandy midsole), the unique toe rand, packaging, just a really nice AJ 13 retro. Very impressive.
As the guy who bought these off you in the discord, I still come back to sit in awe of watching them be handled by the shoetube GOAT. Crazy that I own something I can watch a review of and it's the actual pair in the vid. Still loving them
Not sure how anyone could dislike 13’s. If they only knew how popular 13’s were when they first came out…. The only thing I dislike about 13’s is the materials. If JB would make the materials better I think you’d see the hype come back on 13’s.
I dunno. They look like a womens high heel pump had a baby with a high top sneaker. Its a funky silhouette always has been. Even back when it came out. I did get these but SoleFly is the worst company on earth. Still haven’t gotten my pair.
@@frogtofall I wasn’t a fan of these in particular but I have always liked 13’s. 3’s,4’s, 5’s, 11’s, and 13’s growing up. 13’s were sexy like the 11’s because they looked like nothing else. Since 98, i think they’ve cheapened the design on 13’s and 11’s though which I think gives rise to a newer generation not seeing anything really special about those designs whereas when I was coming up, they were special because they were different, so I guess i understand to a degree.
I copped from the solfefly site. Super happy with my pair, I’m a true size 10 but I felt like I could’ve sized down to 9.5 for a more snug fit but I don’t mind having extra toe space
The ripples on the box and insole represents ripples in water. Imagine how it looks when light runs through a pool. The shoes represent Jordan's love for fishing
I recently found out that I could comfortably go a .5 size down, but I'm so used to getting a size 13, it's not memory recall yet. Especially when you're in a hurry to checkout before they sell out. Took 3 weeks to get my pair too, but these are really nice in hand.
I saw that type sockliner first on the collegic Jordan 5s, the Michigans and the Oregons; I have a pair of the Oregons myself, a really cool shoe. I think they put that type of sockliner on this shoe to simulate waves of water and the midsole has sand from "stepping on the beach," the sand can be found printed on the box as an image. I heard that it's suppose to be a reference to MJ's yacht.
13s are my favorite silhouette, tried for these on solefly and snkrs took L's on both as per usual. I like them but I'm not paying resell, awesome that you got a pair Happy NewYear fam!
Had mine for a couple months now, worn them bout 2 or 3 times, and EVERY SINGLE TIME, mad people stop me and are like what are those??? Great looking shoe!!!
These are really DOPE!! They did a great job overall. The toe being rip stop threw me a little but the contrast works. Kinda wished they used that microfiber fake suede on the midsole like it supposed to be though…still could’ve been carolina blue. 🤷🏽♂️ Love that quilted lining. It would be super cool if they had a low just like this too. 😍
I actually might be the only person but saw these early and wanted them love the story MJ fisherman meets MJ basketball GOAT. I definitely will not be wearing these fishing, but they are fire to me.
These are dope period. As soon as I saw the initial photos I was like yup" getting these. 13s are my favorite Jordan shoe. I feel like a lot of people dont care for 13s. These are my favorite shoe this year. Well 2022.
Is the yellow supposed to be representative of sand? Cause that'd make a lot of sense that it's like the beach. Pretty dope concept if so actually esp considering the colors work well with each other too

I’ve wanted these forever and a day. I actually have a chance to have them. They have to be authenticated by the reseller first. This is a gorgeous pair of shoes. I’m so happy the hype wasn’t crazy around them. I paid close to retail. I’m just hoping they pass because I have attempted to buy shoes and the reseller rejected them. Purchased mine through ebay sky blue is 1 of my main favorite colors so soon as I seen these i was sold had to get them can't wait to see them in hand when they get here added these to the Jordan 13 blue flint i already have. 💙
i got these on solefly as well. these are amazing, and super comfortable as well. i'm not a big fan of 13's, but these are a winner! fits tts for size 9.5 wide footer. usually go tts on all other models as well
i only wish the yellow/cream portion wasn't SO yellow. I saw it in hand and was like woah, wasn't expecting that. lemon meringue. I love the blue though, so pretty.
It took a few weeks for me to get mine from solefly also. That’s how it was on the aj1 lows they did also. But I must say solefly doesn’t miss. These are hands down so good in person. My favorite 13 of all time behind the doernbechers.
These are so dope! Thank you for pointing out the elephant pattern on the insole - it let my brain realize the side-shot of the outsole looks like an elephant foot! I mean, right?!?
I like the look of them it’s just not my Colour style, I am quite generic but I genuinely just like black, white, earth tone greens & browns with a little pop of colour, I would like these more if there were more consistent colour through the shoe like some different cream brown colour instead of the Gray it’s just makes it stand out too much in my eyes
I really like the look, the materials look fantastic and I love that the suede doesn't wrap the midsole. To be honest, I love everything about this shoe but I don't like the colourway somehow.
I’m playing in my pair of solefly 13s to see how that ripstop would feel on court. It’s as u said, it’s got the feel of a modern ball shoe with some 90s material support. Fun fact, I think the shoe is supposed to be inspired by MJ’s yacht or something like that lol
Took almost a month for them to get to me but yeah love these in hand! Kind of wish they would have kept the leather on the toe but otherwise really like the materials and craftsmanship on these.
I got them on solefly it took about two weeks but there fire I thought idk about the paint on the mid slow I think it’s called on how long or how good that paint will hold up is the only thing but they are dope slept on big time
Never wanted the 13’s or 14’s due to the gang affiliation with them. When those first came out kids at my school were getting jumped and robbed of their shoes, now at 43 years old I still have no desire to ever own a pair of 13’s and 14’s
