That was a great question! What’s funny is that my wife and I have had the same conversation and she says the same thing. She said that my passion for sneakers is so strong that my trajectory would still lead to my love for shoes. I literally talk to my son about when we struggled as a couple and those were indeed the best of times. I’m really proud of y’all.

Listen guys I been sneakerhead since 4th grade and I’m starting to get tired of buying the same Jordan’s over & over again I been getting rid of alot of shoes but after 2025 I’m considering retiring I’m going to literally have every Jordan I wanted!
Same here it's starting to get old I've gotten all the shoes that I wanted from the 80s and 90s that I couldn't get back then. Nike also seems to purposely not make the shoes close to the OG's so they can release them over and over again.
stop buying every shoe that comes out. It's simple. Some Js are "evergreen" and get the Chuck Taylor treatment, IMO....meaning that they get purchased, worn out, then purchased again for the purpose of wearing a fresh pair. You never complain about Chucks or Stan Smiths or any other shoe that stays in-market. If you'd like a refresher, cop. If not, pass. Simple.

Found your guys channel during the pandemic lockdown and I was stuck at home, trying to work but going stir crazy. I got back into collecting sneakers with the first pair being those All-star red cement 3s which I've since worn to the ground. It's crazy how much this channel kept me sane during that time.
Finally!! I’m glad you mentioned the Reimagined 3 sizing! I thought I was the only one & I was going crazy, the fit on my pair is so huge! I have to keep tightening them compared to my other 3s! They even look big too and feel very wide and roomy! Very frustrating. But happy you pointed that out!

did the same thing with my black cement's from 2018 or 2019. they had glitter on em'. when i saw these were comin' out i got rid of them. great sttory about yall lives back in the day and how it all started. thanks for sharing

This was my favorite question of the day segment you guys have done. Now I haven't seen them all, so take that for what it is, but, I really liked hearing the origin story of the channel and website and such.
I def will be grabbing a pair of these , being one of my all time favorite Jordan models / colorways. My younger bro got an early pair and i compared to my 2018 pair as well and its a give & take comparison. The leather / leather quality and the exact elephant print design / print i prefer the 2018 pair but the shape and thinner cut of the elephant print i prefer this year's upcoming BC3. I do think in general JB could do better making sure the OGs , especially such iconic OG colorways , are given the more premium treatment they deserve. Certain OG GRs been a bit underwhelming quality wise in recent years. Also, really enjoyed the insights and background this question of the day brought up with the origins of the channel and your relationship / how you met etc.
The QOTD hits close to home. Our younger adult selves were happy getting anywhere and satisfied with the small rewards here and there. Kids are definitely a catalyst. It’s hard to imagine another reality from the one that made us who we are. It’s fun to think and sometimes scary but a definitive answer is difficult. Aside the shoe reviews, the QOTD is also motivation to tune in to each episode. 😎
I LOVED THIS VIDEO!!!!!! This came at the right time for me. You guys always put out great videos but and I honestly mean this this 1 has given me hope . I host a radio show in the Cleveland Ohio area on a mom and pop station and I talk about video games shoes comic books movies alot of pop culture. I've been doing the show for 5 months (been in radio for 10 years) and literally have hit a wall. But after hearing how you started (and I'd love to hear more about it) I'm a little more inspired. i am excited for these. i havent been able to own a pair of BC3, i was lucky enough to cop the RE-WC3s. i would like a pair of BC3s to complete the set. also i didnt mind the sail on the WC3s. knowing the storytelling of the shoes, the white would have naturally aged to an off-white color. if they didnt do that, not much else would have been "re-imaginged" with the shoes.
I picked up a pair of Green Glow 3's and was impressed enough that I sold my 2017 BC's because I already knew the 2024 versions are going to be made just like the Green Glows. Yeah, Im doubling up on these!
