That's basically how the media is dishonestly portraying it, yes. In reality, he more than likely is a whistleblower and the media is just doing what they're paid to do and covering up the actual story.
... #ThugShakerCentral chat group is Shutdown Permanently 😆 ...those 30 or 40 members of that group, are gonna get some Unexpected visits from #MIB or #USMarshals wearing Desert Storm gear.. 😮 It won't be fun for them. Those guys who show up don't joke around, their sphincter is butt tight, it's a job requirement 🤔
What future is left in America? America has no future, country will go civil war 2024 The fed increasing interest rates, insane amounts of crime, The fed has no morals left, they support all this lgbt, plus America supports death and destruction all over the world Karma is a bitch
Be lucky If they dont hang him for treason or maybe face a firing squad.Dont care of his age he was trying to impress his friends nice excuse but that doesnt work for me!
I was thinking the same thing. Betray your country? What the hell are you thinking? If you disagree with your country just get out of the military and move to some god forsaken crappy country and live in a jungle
Do hunter have fiends in government positions ? He DOES have some ... Stolen classified documents in 'Big GUYS ' garage, home office, Penn center, beach home ...
Because one is treason and puts our national security at risk, by giving our enemies top classified intell, which resulted in the top level government to investigate... while the other wasn't a crime. But could be fired for leaking a upcoming opinion from SCOTUS. That's the difference
... oh we know who released the Roe decision, it was Associate Justice Alito or Clarence "Oreo" Thomas. Chief Justice Roberts isn't pursuing it, because he has no Interest, he would be guilty of a Cover up, or engaged in the Scheme 🤨 So there will NEVER be a report, because he'll make sure that the SCOTUS Sargeant of Arms doesn't find out the truth. Because the Chief Justice would have to be Impeached, and he doesn't want that to happen. He's a damn #Federalist they think they are Superior to Everyone else 😠
These kids act really tough on the internet with the little that they have and know and as if they are the bottom dog. They can destroy you on the internet with the little that they have and know and brag about it. And if things aren’t according to their way, they can harm you in so many ways so well
People as young as 18 have access to classified materials, depending on their duties. It's not terribly uncommon for people at age 21 to have such clearances.
@@lafountain114 It can be an uncomfortable world to live in for those folks. Maintaining a clearance can be a real burden on social life and can be lots of paperwork
Holes in this story. Some low level enlistee weekend warrior in Mass can access top secret pentagon briefings? No way. This smells bad. Even if he had a security clearance you don't instantly get carte blanche to look at anything that does not concern you or your job. And no, you cannot call it up on the internet on some pentagon website. Someone higher up is implicated IMO.
What about his superiors- bosses?? Shouldn’t they be questioned about and held accountable for lax safety that allowed this or is he going to be the lone fall guy???
I'm a veteran. Trust me They're being held accountable It may not make the news But I know for a fact that they are getting demoted and consequences are sure to follow everyone in his chain of command. Because one thing I know about the military is that they love to play "the blame game"
@@AriEl93333 They won't be "demoted" -- they will likely never be promoted again and forced to retire early. It would take a Courts Martial to demote them. Its a career ending incident for any officer who should have caught it though. I thought it was funny, and typical that they sent tactical teams and MRAPS when they could have sent 2 guys in suits instead. That is today's drone/body camera/Cell phone society.. gotta make a dramatic perp walk with M4s and heavily armored troops of a guy in a tshirt and shorts.
@@AriEl93333 Couldn't agree more. Blame game and mass punishment are quick bar tools the military uses. There are a whole host of officers and NCOs getting pulled into full blown reviews, being audited and enough counseling forms to kill every tree in Canada. There are probably a battalion of people shitting their pants right now.
This has to be a fall guy or someone else gave him that information. I’ve never been in the military but like how tf did he have that information if it was that secret???
Well he was in the ANG intel unit and would have some clearances, yet saying he's just a scapegoat with no proof is just a strong ideological belief about the situation.
We should be scared how easily a 21 boy stole and share such important documents. Boy we are so safe! We have this and those and the other ones looking at us like eagles waiting to attack and they see this as weakness. Thanks 😅
Y’all saying boy like 21 isn’t the age that most men get sent off to die in war, in fact they’ve been sending 18 year olds to die since WW1 , not to mention we got people joining porn at 18(so that should be child pornography if 18-21 is still a “girl”) yet we don’t allow them to drink or smoke? Maybe if they were only allowed to smoke or drink and not get sent to war and do porn, maybe then the world could be a much better place, but until then they’re gonna keep sending us
Actually what we should be scared of is that this exposed we have Special Forces troops on the ground in the Ukraine, and our adversary has a bunch of nuclear weapons pointed at our major cities, and is making deals with the Chinese who are about to invade Taiwan and then will control all the computer chip manufacturing in the world.
People are likely going to die because of this. We have got to completely re-do our security clearance program. It’s obviously not working at this point.
Nobody is going to die, if you've read the documents you would realize that. It's just "we know an accurate number of dead of both Russian and Ukrainians. What's Russia gonna do with that info to kill anyone?
That's like allowing a 21 year-old gamer & "flying ace" --- who has just graduated "at the top of his flying class" who spends hours in his mom's basement, literally, chatting with actual TEENS boys from around the world, on stupid games --- to fly the U-2 or SR-71 or the F-22 or a space shuttle. You just don't allow individuals so young ---- no matter how "gifted" we think they are at one thing... someone without any experience, without having a long, distinguished track record of successfully moving up through different and ever-increasing positions of high responsibility --- to have access to life and death, truly priceless information like that. Punish HIS SUPERVISORS. Give the dumb game playing kid a break, if I had to be honest about the idiotic system. Remember how the US GOVERNMENT punished the father of the Atomic Bomb, Oppenheimer, and how the Brits punished the genius Allen Turing? That's in the freaking 1940s; and neither guy actually did any thing wrong; it's just prejudices about where they came from or who they were sexually. And, here we are, at the 21st century, NO SERIOUS SUPERVISION is given to any journeyman, with those in senior positions to supervise TAKING NO RESPONSIBILITY for top secret intel problems? Wow!
Oh, boy!!!... I almost don't even blame the kid entirely. Why would the US Intelligence agency allow a 21 year old access to such sensitive documents and information?... A 21year old these days is still likey only a teenager cognitively. Really, who shares the blame here???
If the US Govt made age a qualification for security clearance it would probably be a civil rights violation... As to why he had access to the Ukraine top level briefing documents, I would guess (no first hand knowledge here) he was part of the intel group who made/contributed to the data in them. Basically low level guys make slide decks which get presented to the higher ups, this is probably part of how they figured it out. He only leaked documents that came out of his unit so they knew it had to be someone in that group.
@@link10909 You're right. Thanks for the insight. In addition, obviously age itself is no guarantee against foolish behavior- I think we've all seen enough evidence of that over the years.
My husband used to have secret clearance as a civilian working for the DOD....he did not take likely when the electronic or paper folders label classified.
I once was playing World of Warcraft and 2 people in the group were talking and one of them was saying bad word. I was nice enough to ignored and let it go and one of them were asking about how to play in Arena. I thought they were new so I said oh you said are new huh? My goodness they were so stupid they told me to grow up, threatened me, then the one who said bad words bragged about his rating and wanted to talk on discord. I have never seen such crazy, dumb, stupid, and harmful people. They probably will tell all the engineers and educated and nice people out there to grow up and invite them to talk on discord if those people said to someone new at work, hey you are new huh. So crazy, insane, and stupid, and dumb these people……… I always felt discord was a toxic and very very very harmful place. I was playing game with my friend the other day and someone on discord told my friend at your mom’s house. So terrible
Wow look at all these comments hoping this guy dies. Society is ridiculous. I have an idea...for every halftime show for sports we should have a good old execution. We would love that wouldn't we? We could even do it in slow motion...
This is the sort of thing that happens when the upper ranks are crooked. The grunts notice and take their cues from the command caste. The Pentagon needs a good house cleaning. It is a matter of the utmost importance for national security.
Kids a hero. Government and media are guilty here. We the people have the right to know American Soldiers are fighting Russians in a war not our own. Paying for it with our tax dollars.
Classified reports of Ukrainians supplies and military strength among other stuff. Basically we know now exactly when ukraine will run out of munitions.
I wonder if this is now proof enough that 21 is NOT the age to actually be considered a responsible adult. We are all at risk because of the actions of an immature child!
Yup. Egotistical kid endangers thousands of lives and the fate of nations... Ah youth... He likely doesn't even understand the enormous damage he's caused or the geopolitical struggle that was the cold war. He wasn't even alive during 911 ffs! I know he's in the ANG intel group, but they really need to lock this info down much better.
It should be 30 lol your brain is still developing at 21. Some people’s brains finish developing at mid-to-late twenties, but that’s not all; that’s why adulthood should start at 30, just to play it safe.
@Xhade Brinsbane Let me guess troll bot......Trump was set up too....the government called the moving company and planted documents right? You conspiracy theory nutjobs need a new hobby....😆😆😆😆😆
