The side by side comparison was everything. Thank you for this. As people with dark voids for eyes, seeing this comparison really helps understand how these colors work with darker eyes.
Air Optix is the only way to go if you want to keep your eyes healthy. Solotica using Polymacon or Polyhema lenses material choke air from your eyes. That’s why those other ones are sold illegally from overseas. I only use what Air Optix or Freshlooks to save my eyes. I love the Sterling Grey on you as have them too!
@@yeganehjafariazad7087 Influencers who push Solotica are helping to hurt people’s eyesight. One major lawsuit against an influencer and maybe then they’ll stop it.
This video was exactly what I wanted. Putting in one of each was very helpful to decide. No one else seems to have thought of that. You look great in both, and without either. Thank you very much.
People tend to make it seem as if poking contacts in your eyes is no big deal. Thank you for speaking of the medical issues you face when wearing your contacts. Consulting eye care professionals to know what's best is always recommended 😊
Thank you so much, this was exactly the revue I was looking for. Yes, the air optic colors are very comfortable for my dry eyes. Right now I’m using the emerald green color, but I’m thinking of trying a different color next time.😍
I haven't been brave enough to try coloured contacts yet but by seeing your video I will definitely try them now and the Sterling grey looked so good on you and I liked your style of video really helpful thanks
Thank-you so much for doing this video. I am changing from the gem stone green to sterling grey and also have dark brown eyes. Your video has reassured me I made the right choice instead of choosing plain grey. ❤
The first pair looks so breathtaking gorgeous on you a person will definitely be mesmerized by your eyes with the first pair the second pair looked really nice on you I can see why this could be a hard decision lol cause either pair will do but thank you for this video cause I’m definitely going to go for the regular grey one for myself thank you for this video
I bought the grey... and nobody noticed. I watched your video and ordered the sterling! Maybe my eyes will look as cool as yours! Thanks for the great video. It answered the question I had regarding the sterling.
@@sofiarb29 I like the sterling much better! A new pair just arrived this afternoon. The regular grey are unremarkable. If I am going to wear colored contacts, I want them to be noticed lol.
@@sofiarb29 Actually they do! I am a 59 year old white guy with a medium complexion and a white beard and nobody screams "fake" when they see them - not that I would mind. The Air Optix colors in general are not too over the top. I have tried them all. Even the Brilliant Blue aren't outrageous compared to some of the others I have tried. Think it is because they have a pretty large pupil area so it blends with your natural color kinda easy. I have a friend who is black with a medium complexion and the Sterling looks amazing on him- much brighter. He also has a black beard and hair so a strong contrast as opposed to me.
thanks your video helped. i have dark eyes too like yours but im looking for a lighter gray almost blue-ish. so sterling gray looks like the one i need
Definitely gonna try the grey one as my eye colour brown so I think may be it look fine on me ………. Thank you so much for making this video 😘as It’s really helpful. I want to try colour lenses but not sure for which one I should go for!
I really appreciate this video. As someone with dark eyes that doesn’t want to spend a thousand dollars buy every pair to try on, it is very helpful. However there is no reason it needs to be 8 minutes long.
I love these. They are so comfortable too. I also have dry eyes. I use the acuvue oasis as well. It’s funny because freshlook colorblends has the same colors and yes is made by the same company. However they are not comfortable at all! They are so thin, they move around, and I can’t wear them for a long period of time. I ordered a pair of Air Optix from this company and they were out of stock. They tried telling me that they had the colorblends in stock and that they’re exactly the same. lol 😂 I said “ no thank you. They’re the same colors yes. However they do not feel the same at all. Please stop telling people that “.
I love colored contacts but when they slide up and down it drives me nuts and gives me a headache. These are gorgeous on you and look more natural than other brands of colored contacts
Do the samples feel the same as the prescription for the sterling grey? For some reason the sample feels so uncomfy so I am worried the script will be uncomfy too.
I have medium to dark brown eyes and I think the sterling grey comes across a bit like an icy blue, but depends a lot on your personal complexion and makeup. I find them more flattering than the brilliant blue color, though. If you're looking for blue, maybe try sapphire instead.
I have very dry eyes. That syndrome. I grabbed a sample of dailies in gray. Prescription. I got clear in the bifocals. I have amber eyes with scattered freckles and green in one eye. I hope the gray works. Love your channel. xx from Boston Mass 😘🌹
