If I have an MTR, staying 30, 60, 90 days - would it be my responsibility to replenish supplies when they run out?

Many people call the STR supplies a "starter pack". If the guests needs beyond 12 rolls of T.P. for a weeks stay, it is on the guest to buy more. Just an example. I wiould write in my listing "the home comes with a starter pack of cleaning, toiletry supplies".

Depending on how many properties you have, you can rent a storage unit that is central to all and turn this into your back of house hub/storage area! You can also take one of the closets in the home, as long as it is clearly stated in the listing!
