If you only use your phone as a controller you might hope there’s never a reception issue! I had to have the physical controller and app setup for this reason. No reception, no action! Thankyou for the video!
what up man. just bought 3p from bag riders and airrex struts for my 2016 kia rio 5 hatchback. waiting on struts. gonna have rat4life or seriousinnovations in north jersey do the install.
Looking at getting this kit for my bmw so i realise i can set the ride height but can you also set how stiff the ride is or how much it leans in a corner?
Is there a way to use the control outside of your car? Or do you need to download the app from a phone? If using a phone, can you air up the car without the ignition on? Thanks
You would have to download the app to control the car from the outside and there is a feature that allows you to air out when the car is off it keeps the manifold Bluetooth on to air out if you forgot it’s called “show mode”
Thanks man! And these bags can fill up max to about 120ish BUT you never wanna ride that high up lol I wouldn’t go over like 70psi in each because it starts to get super super bouncy. Only go super high when trying to go over speed bumps driveways etc
Hey man, figured id ask, I just did the 3p on my 2018 sti. I can not air out.. I put the minimum pressure to 0 in settings. and I can do it manually, but the double tap the bottom button does not work, it shows me all the 0s in green but never works. my low preset is 25 on all 4 corners and its basically aired out. If i manually go to 0 it barely moves. Any idea why this is? everything else works as it should ** am I supposed to hold it?! shit haha
Yes! Haha so when you air out , you press the bottom once and you’ll see all 4 green 0s then when you press the second times hold it until the car airs out. Might take a few seconds to air out. Happened to me the 1st time too I pressed twice quick and nothing happened haha
@@DArias dude thanks so much, its actually at a local shop getting an alignment, since I just did the install last week. But this makes me feel better I wasnt sure if something was wrong haha
Nope you’ll be good man! No need to worry! 3p is really nice with all the features it has.. a little playing with it and you’ll have everything set up 100% to your liking
THANK YOU so much for making this video. I bought a Airlift full dual kit over black Friday. It's been to cold to install it but I already ran my harnesses and air lines. I'm disabled with brain trauma and so I have hemiplegia (right side weakness and paralysis). I'm waiting for the month of April 2022. I ordered 19" Work Meister S1 3P for my 350Z and they said 6-7 months minimum time I'm looking at until I get them. I CAN'T WAIT!!!!! I've been looking for a video on how to do everything so I think I can do it with this video.
Quick question, so my max pressure is set to 180 psi however when I press my preset ride the psi is reading 172 psi. It never gets to my max pressure psi. I've only seen it get close to the max preset psi at my preset high being 75 all around. Any information would be highly appreciated 🙏
Preset maintain isn’t a memory function as you stated. The system will store your presets indefinitely until you change them or do a factory reset. Preset maintain will adjust the pressure in your bags up/down after you drive and the pressure changes. So if your preset is say set to 50 psi, after driving for a while the bags might have more or less than 50 psi in them. The system will check and either add or subtract air from the bags to maintain the preset pressure.
Hey il like to know what to do after installing my airlift do I need to set any setting to collaborate My system please help just install my airlift 3p but want to know what to do after installing
No sir! You can easily air out without any camber. It really depends on the fitment and your wheel specs. For me I need to run a good amount of camber to be able to fit my wheels the way I want.. it’s all about your specs and preference !
I'm having issues with mine when its parked on the ground then when I start it and it raises up it says its at my preset but it's not really at that height do you know why that is ?
First question, are you parked on flat ground? Or is the car parked on unlevel ground? Sometimes when the ground isn’t level the pressure is off a bit OR it’s possible your manifold is going back and the pressure sensors are slowly starting to fail which means you may have to fix it or if you are the buyer of the system you should have the lifetime warranty and you’d be able to make a claim on it
So yeah the 3p system has the pressure sensors in the manifold it could be slowly failing or I’m not sure if where you’re living it’s cold it could be cold weather causing an issue as well for example in my case rn my normal set ride height is 40 front and 35 rear but when it gets super cold out I notice my left rear when I air up goes up to 47 and I have to readjust it for it to work but when it’s warmer out I have 0 issues with my pressure all around...and fixing it I’m not sure there’s people out there that fixes the manifolds or if you have the lifetime warranty on the kit then you could swap it with them for a new one
That I know of no unfortunately there is not an option for that although it’s not a bad way of thinking would be cool but I guess I understand since the person should have the option if they wanna air out or not being that everytime you shut you car off for something it would air out haha.. there is the “rise to start” when you start the car it airs up automatically..
I'd say that's not a good idea. It's most likely intentional that they dont have that option as it's likely you could leave the wheels turned (say on a hill) which would damage the fenders. They made it so you're intentionally airing out every time and know you're wheels are straight.
