It’s amazing how this case can get an attorney. I have been repeatedly sexually assaulted by a customer and work did nothing. This happened repeatedly for 8 months until I quit. I have reached out to attorneys in Minnesota and nobody will take the case. It’s amazing how unfair this is.

Lawyers want work so it's baffling that No Lawyer wants Your case, do you have any evidence? repeatedly sexually assaulted, did you report to Anyone? I hope you find help

If your story is true, you should go to Police. An Attorney will be appointed for free if evidence of a crime exists.

@@Rubyclaygirl repeatedly groped is sexual assault. Sexual assault isn’t just penetration. Plenty of evidence. I’m mentally tired of wasting my time with attorneys not wanting to assist me. Plenty of emails sent to attorneys detailing my situation and nothing. I did notify his wife and sent his porn dvd to her. He thought that the dvd would arouse me. I never asked for it and never wanted it. I thought what the hell am I supposed to do with it. Oh he would follow me and try stopping me. I had someone with me in the vehicle that can corroborate this.

@@LisaFerguson-lw8il he was convicted of a crime for lewd behavior in a park. This alone made him stop what he was doing to me.

I worked in a hospital where a worker was filming the nurses in the bathroom, hospital pushed it under the table, had him leave. His license to practice wasn't pulled, got another job right away at another hospital.🤬

You can read a historical news article on Phoenix, AZ case of where a male doctor's assistant (medical assistant I don't think licensed nurse) had gotten a woman pregnant during the time period of when she was medically anesthesized and not out of anesthesia during her hospital stay (a Banner Health historical medical case in the last 20 years). It turned out the medical assistant male had not been screened being hired. He had red flags history problems in a SA criminal past. I think the lady patient did keep the child or gave it up for adoption (brought the baby to child birth term is the last I read on this case with those two options she decided to choose from). I think women vulnerable to non consent SA in hospitals after surgery and waking up to become pregnant from after anesthesia is a case better than just a voyeurism of pictures and/or video taking non consenting in cases but I agree both are just as bad.

This is the least of the things hospitals keep quiet- they are notorious for just pushing people out & onto another facility- if they made any mention of it there would be investigations and hospitals don’t want that. Been a RN for >3 decades you would sh*t yourself if see what gets covered up every single day
