Apart from 2-3 Flagship projects like MTHL, Coastal Road Phase 1, Metro 3...all other projects in MMR are going at a hopeless pace...looking at this progress...Phase 3 will take another 10 years to complete!

So, it will probably take 6-7 years to complete the full stretch. Maybe more

Detailed project report survey for phase 3 to be done again...MMRDA awarded tender to Tata Consultancy Engineering in August 2023...it means no progress for phase 3 while phase 1&2 in implementation... previously project report survey for entire phase 1,2&3 was done in year 2013

VERY IMPORTANT PROJECT BUT VERY SLOW PROGRESS, PHASE 3 MAY TAKE 5 YRS OR SO TO COMPLETE, PHASE 1 & 2 MAY TAKE ATLEAST 2 MORE YEARS.

When so many more then 100-300 Acare projects are coming,instead giving sick फॅक्टरी redemption for another indutries for FIAT factory to Taloja road off बदलापुरात Road to big housing complex, with this so many flat owners will be coming and so all kinds of vehicles traffic, surprises first housing complex are coming and then Road infrastructure is totally wrong, that means no expansion is possible for additional space for road and transportation because builders has occupied the place, so presently Kalyan Shil Road is another GB road of Thane. This is wrong planning in my personal opinion, like Chandigarh plan city,this area should have developed for transportation e.g. Car,Hevy truck bus,Metro and conntevity with local train Stations Industrial land to light non pollutionindutries generates employment and land for housings shoul be develope for housingl only.. These are my personal views .

Sir, from Ghansoli station to Maharashtra, the state government should allow the metro project, which passes side by side to the road to the Shile Phata and up to the Kaylan phata and run to the Dombivali station..... this reduces road traffic to too much extent, and from the Kalyan and Dombivali people, they easily connect to the TTC Industrial corridor.......thank you

western line mein metro ho gaya lekin kalyan dombivli walo ko train ke alawa koi source nahi...sad to say.

Phase 3 work has started near palava railway tracks. As per the plan this road will pass between casa Bella and casa Bella gold in palava city. We can see construction of pillars happening near the tracks.
