@Stephanie what can I say? Everyone imagines things in their own way or according to their past experiences. Not sure how can you live / sit in that heaven of yours / on clouds but hopefully you'll not be hungry or cold ( it's minus 40 outside )... anyways
Yes I agree. There's something that attests to our spirit that this is somehow similar to seeing the Holy light for the first time;- obviously dimly but you get the idea.
I've never travelled via flight, but hopefully one day I'll experience that as well. Whenever I see any plane in sky I feel motivated and work harder to be there in the flight seeing the whole world.
Same here have always wondered how it feels like going above the clouds, waking up every morning seeing a plane in the sky really motivates me even tho life is a bit hard I will keep on pushing. Thanks @sartemisa1 for posting
@@zanderuchiha I went on my first vacation last week. Have never travelled or been on a plane, as I was too scared. If you get the chance, do it! Being up there and seeing the cloud tops below is one of the most amazing experiences ever!!
@Gina yes, a good change of perspective. I remember my 1st couple of flights, as the plane was getting up in the sky, my problems looked smaller, as the things that remained on the ground. Smaller... Now, different experiences. I need to sleep during my flight, if possible; to plan my things after I land, etc.
Wow +KingdomMinded 87 ... Good luck. 1st time is the best. Try to take it easy, breath deeply, stay hydrated... to feel & enjoy every second, mainly the 2 most important parts of the flight: the take-off and the landing. Or if you want to really feel the fly sensation... I wish you some turbulences your experienced pilot will manage ;) and get you safely out of. Enjoy! ( once in Middle East I had the chance to sit near a man who was taking lessons and he was playing as if he was the pilot / telling me what the pilot was doing, engine changes, wings, etc. )
Beside the fact the air inside the plane is drier than in the desert @KingdomMinded 87 ... to be more present, focused in the here & now. To feel the engine changing direction, how the pilot is using the maneuvers, the starting seconds of the ascension, etc.
I don't think so +KingdomMinded 87 ,,, but don't do alcohol / substances that dehydrate you in the night before the flight. You don't need dizziness. Search the internet about the advices to go to sleep or to postpone the sleep depending which way you fly ( East or West ). Jet lag can be challenging :)
Why didn't I watch these kinds of videos sooner? I remember, my first time flying, I was so nervous. What if there was an accident? I wouldn't look out the window, I'm afraid of heights / falling. Then I decided to and it was awesome. Seeing clouds from the same or a higher altitude is the best view to me. I love flying but I'm also acutely aware of the risk that can come with it. That's why it's such a strange thing for me. It's so beautiful but so dangerous. I still feel very grateful I've had the opportunity to see the clouds from above. :)
@Esyrim The 1st times are the best or with different aircraft types + different weather challenges. Should I assume you're not planning to book a flight simulator experience any time, soon?
@@sartemisa1 I think one time we flew near or into a storm, and it was so cool-looking. But most times our flight would delay if there was turbulence or bad weather. And Flight Simulator looks amazing, but I doubt I'll be buying it soon, or if I'd even use it that much.
@@esyrim I flew with an US Army Black Hawk helicopter ( no windows, just the empty frame ) in Middle East, as passenger; - some cargo Hercules military plane ( windows above head level, strange claustrophobia feeling ) + winds - small 6 passengers private business aircraft - some dodgy Russian 45-ish passengers Antonov plane - a strange Romanian aircraft I was afraid we weren't going to make it within our short flight Bucharest - Istanbul, I was near the engine I could see the wind bending the old school propeller ( visual motion illusion ) etc. :) I didn't have big events... regular winds, rain, hm. Nothing special. Maybe some storm from Chicago going towards Poland + the Hercules winds in Middle East
ive been on a plane once but that was to long ago for me to remember ive never realy thought of looking this up on youtube and it just looks realy nice. I just wanted to say thank u for sharing ur experience with us
I have to say that I've always wanted to experience climbing into the sky and flying like that. Just imagining that feels exhilarating. Though I've never flown before.
@@willg.7775 why should you get sick? I think I replied here or different video... breathing techniques. Walk the aisle. Ask the flight attendant to change seat if not comfortable or water ( for headaches ). Someone was advising about combing the palm ( relieve stress ). Don't do alcohol up there if you're not ok. Read about when to go to sleep if flying East / West... but for the 1st flight you should not worry. Frequent travellers might get into extra details ( flying against sunrise is tougher on the body ( circadian rythm ) than flying vertical ( North / South bound )... but this is too much. The stomach mention was about the plain lifting off... funny feeling. You'll be fine. Just do it ;)
@Jay lol :) it's full of angels in NY or... was it Los Angeles? Jay, wake up and... smell the coffee. Or the holy water ( without salt, to keep it fresh )
@@sartemisa1 not just to you but to all you non-believers this is how strongly I feel about it and these are the words from the Lord God me personally even if you would not know that I died for you to set you free from captivity I would still die for you because of the love of Jesus that's in me anybody has anything against that I'm here to help Jesus save souls with the truth the light and the savior of the world Jesus Christ The Almighty who's against that step up and we'll know that you're against Jesus I will know
you surely will... c'mon, flying is not so premium. And the good part... the 1st 1 - 2 flights are the best ( wheels up, the stomach feeling, clouds, air turbulence, landing, etc. )
I think now with COViD mumbo-jumbo, flying will not be a joyful experience ( getting to the airport, queues, security checks, social CLASS distance, etc. )
@Lee Maitland ... hm, why is that? Bohemian? Romantic? Evading the common, imposed reality? You should enjoy the journey more than the destination itself, but still... why?
I've always felt like that when actually observing clouds rather than ignoring them as I go through daily life, more so from above, the same way I feel looking at the stars at night, a kind of humbling realisation of insignificance but that I'm just part of it all, not necessarily evading the imposed reality so much as acknowledging reality (a similar feeling occurs when I hear Carl Sagans Pale blue dot speach). But this beautiful view in your video is up there all the time and always has been, it was obscured from us till we achieved flight, I wonder what it would feel like to see it from higher up, say on a Virgin Galactic, Blue Origin or SpaceX flight? In a few decades who knows, with careful planning and heaps of luck, I may even get to 🌍. Great video.
@Lee waw, beautiful 1st paragraph. " Evading imposed reality... " Beautiful. What is reality?... we must question the nature of reality every second. The truth cannot be sensed with the common senses ( Vedanta: if you can see it, smell, touch, conceptualize it... it's not real ). " Acknowledging reality " - Observe, without labeling, describing, judgeing. Reflection, not important to know the answers. Be skeptical. But have humility. Reverence. Gratitude. Respect. Abide in existence. Enlightnment: Rest in awareness. In existence. In being From my present beliefs, that insignificance makes me more free, more powerful. I am stardust, on a cosmic journey, having a human life experience. Some of my body atoms were forged in the crucible of stars, even outside our Milky way galaxy, maybe... I am ( part of ) everything, in disguise. In regard to the 2nd paragraph, I enjoy SF movies views, may it be Space Odyssey, Interstellar, etc. even common ones. I'd like to be up there, but I understand the present limitations ( body, mind, technological, etc. ) Thanx for commenting
I do a short film. and I need the footage like this video for the flight scene. dont worry, I will put yours in my credits cause it is your video. may I?
Really enjoyed the footage! I miss this experience, the last time I had a chance to fly was a good 3 years ago. Out of curiosity, what airport were you taking off from? I lived in Eastern Europe as a kid and it just gave me some familiar feeling. Thanks for sharing
You are weightless inside the plane :) It's not normal for the limited human body to travel at those speeds, but you'll survive. Get a good night sleep, don't drink alcohol while flying, try breathing techniques if you feel uncomfortable, etc.
Everyone is nervous the first time they fly but honestly, it’s kinda fun being in the air. Even though planes go like over 500 mph it doesn’t really affect you that much.
@Hi People what do you mean... doesn't affect you that much? Did you talk to older people flying? Did you try flying after a bad night sleep? Alcohol up in the air? Jetlag / flying nonstop more than 12 hours, etc?
I dunno, I really should have said it doesn’t affect you at all because it really doesn’t. From my experience just dint eat a lot of candy and you should be good.
@ Hi People are trying to make a joke? Yeah, sounds amazing... glucose / false sugar on empty stomach. Magical solution. How was the hunger level, afterwards?
sartemisa1 I have gone on a plane 3 times and I still have a fear so Im taking pills next time and yes it is mostly in my head but it’s hard to get it out of my head :)
A few years ago I was flying on a civilian aircraft out of a war zone. The guy next to me, Afro-American was very relaxed & confident. I noticed his right hand reproducing a plane piloting :) he took flying lessons. He explained me what's happening, in the pilot's cabin, on the field, propellers, etc. Amazing couple of minutes. Try to have an experienced person by your side, on psychology or even better... flying experienced. I would think about a flight simulator, but it might be too much.
It's not that bad. You just feel around 2-3G's but once you get up to speed it's fine. Problem i don't like is the number of times you need to pop your ears at altitude and it still feels unconfortable.
No matter how many times I fly , it always scares the shit out of me .... But still it's fascinating as well, watching the clouds so close by.. Airplanes are one of the greatest engineering achievement....
@@ankitpare6493 Try breathing techniques, comb your palm, remove your shoes during flight, walk the aisle, fly with friends in a relaxed environment, avoid bad seating areas ( if you're tall take the aisle seat ), etc. Did you try a flight simulator or therapy?
@@ankitpare6493 take it easy. If you fear of heights, you don't sky dive :) Just saying. Yes, amazing flying through the clouds. And yes, amazing pieces of engineering
Flat earthers believe that the distance between clouds and the surface of the earth is the same distance between sun and earth.. flat earther should watch this. 🤣 Sun is far away from the clouds
I just returned to Northern England from a short trip to Venice, Italy, a few days ago. I didn't see the sun on my face ( I saw it for a few minutes oneday, against a building ). Since living in the UK, all my travels imply the Unconquered Mighty Sun. All hands on deck. Full speed ahead.
