Man these Zuhai Jie Li chips are in so many things. I really wish there was better support in the west for them. They seem to have a lot of stuff on board for audio and Bluetooth, even FM radio on some. Judging by the price of the products these make it into, they must be pretty cheap too. Would be cool to have open source tools and documentation for working with them. Maybe if they were available on LCSC or western stores there would be more interest in them..

@@atc1441 these chip is actually very powerful for the price, it can do offline voice recognition (which it is actually not intended to do), and unlike other super cheap microcontroller this one is actually reuseable, not otp, too bad theres no information about it, i hope you can make it more popular just like the WCH chips
@@atc1441 Dang, I had no idea. Last time I looked into them many years ago and I could only find them on Taobao and only a few SKUs. I'm gonna have some fun reading up on that sdk
that's interesting example of cheapish item to tinker with. looking for something with screen, battery and case for the lowest price possible to utilize.
