It's a little tricky but whit some practice you will get it. Just turn it from two opposite sides until you get a small circle

Maybe not, even with plastic bbs will eventually make a hole on the wall after some time using.

Now, after 4 years, it has a couple of small holes in the backside , and the inner nylon strips are all tangled... but still can be used
