@@FrutoseDeMorango Yes, people can change, but actions lead to change, not words. OP said that Sam apologized after her brother has left, but she has done nothing to make sure she changes: She still stays close to her mom who bought her loyalty, she still stays close to her sister who blames the men in her family, she still takes council from the toxins in her family... There are so many psychological theories that will point out how Sam might be regretful that her actions have consequences, but she primed herself to repeat those actions over and over again.

NTA and TBH, I'm always surprised when someone accepts to marry someone else who cheated or enabled cheating. OP's sister's soon-to-be wife is in for one hell of a ride (unless she also has low morals). The stepmom's reaction comes from a place of empathy and worry (I hope, unless she's also a cheater), I get it. OP shouldn't live filled with hate, but this only showed because they approached him. He was fine with not having them in his life. And sorry but I didn't hear any real apologies or anything sooo...

NTA. The sisters both decided to be complicit in their mother's infidelity toward their father, and knowing that they are capable of such deception is exactly why OP wants nothing to do with them. And he's right. These aren't the kind of people that you keep in your life, family or otherwise. OP isn't hating, or even beefing with his sisters. He is simply _done_ with them.

NTA not even just about the betrayal but the fact they can't leave it alone. If Op is truthful Sam has been told time and time again to they aren't siblings anymore and to leave him alone and she keeps bugging him, at a certain point this is harassment. Also unless same was an actual child like pre 10-11 years old she would know taking money to keep a secret is sketchy at best and wrong at worse so she can regret her decisions all she wants but she took the money and has to accept the consequences. Atleast Kat seems to accept that she was a crappy person.

Sounds like one from this post. Still holding a grudge, we don't know how long Sam has been trying to apologize, it could have been since like a week after the incident or it could have been for the last few days. Depending how long it took to realize her mistake then OP could be the AH for shutting her out for so long. And if he actually is an AH, younger sis may be justified in her reaction. They were both still wrong for enabling the cheating and younger sis doesn't seem to be sorry so she's an AH either way.
