I would spend more time with the children and be very involved in their lives or take them in as my own if the situation alowed. I think CPS is a little much, but i see why they're considering it.
@@storiesbymusic2-5-24 the issue with getting involved without taking action is that, far too often, those good intentions start enabling the bad behaviors, leading to worse treatment for the child. And by that time, someone else will be the one to call CPS and your name will be dragged as an accomplice (personal experience)
